What can I safely remove from a CDMA VM One V?
I think I've mostly removed the factory installed apps, and but I would like to get rid of the VM splash screen at boot up, and among other things
TIA

my nexus comes to me on monday... coming from the thunderbolt this should be fun... any ideas on what roms i should try out first??? any suggestions would be great thanks!!!
first off you should unlock bootloader right when you get it, cause it will delete what ever is stored in your SD, as for the ROM i personally like AOKP cause they have plenty of customizations.
Check out the sticky threads in the Q&A section.

First of all you posted this in the wrong forum, this belongs in Q&A section.
And if you really ask questions like this one, maybe you should consider not bothering with unlocking your phone and just leaving it stock as it is.
No answer about unlocking your phone, but this thread is going to get locked soon

Hello,
I couldn't get an answer on the 'Nexus 7' thread, so I post here quoted:

Hello,
Here's the story, I got a Nexus 7 time ago for the family, created 3 multi users myself being the main account, Nexus 2013 came out so I decided to buy it for my personal use. Now, I want to delete my 'Primary Account' off the N7 and give the privileges to the Second user.
I'd like to know if there is anyway I can do this, be it hard reset etc, but I want to be able to restore data.
Many thanks.

No, unfortunately not. This should also be posted in the q and a section (I'm pretty sure this sub forum has one) ,not in general. You will have to factory reset to do this.
Cheers
