Rooted Stock stuck on Boot - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

So I have been switching roms between CM10 and the stock rom, and today, I decided to switch from CM10 to stock. Which means that I made a titanium backup of my apps so I could transfer. When I transfered to stock and restored all my apps, I did a reboot...and now its stuck on the boot screen. Any suggestions? I know I can still use CWM....but how exactly do I use it to fix my problem? I don't want to redo this whole stock ROM thing again...it'll be a pain

Hopefully I made a backup on center, if not you will have to flash stock recovery

A quick question about splash screens.

I have a custom splash screen flashed now and I have 2 roms (Fresh and CM6) I nandroid restore between depending on my mood. Now for my question I flashed my custom splash on Fresh will it stay if I restore to CM6 or is that something that is backed up and I would have to make a new back up of Fresh and then restore to CM6 and flash the splash in CM6? Sorry if its a bit confusing.
Edit: Ok I just backed up and restored and it stayed.
when i was flashing my splash it stayed no matter wat rom i flashed i never backed up
and ive done a data factory reset before zand my custom splash was still there
only have a ran a sprint ruu and it took it off but it also unrooted my phone to
i dont think it matters about roms

[Q] restore paths have been changed on jellybean 4.2?!

i decided to flash a stock 4.2 jellybean rom on my gsm gnex. i like the rom, but my data has been very slow and i miss being able to customize my rom, so i decided to try and restore to one of my back ups, but cwm recovery restore points have apparently been changed because i can no longe find my back ups. i can still find them with my file manager but not through my recovery. is anybody experiencing this or know a fix to it?
Recoveries had to be updated to account for this. If you are using clockwork mod, I remember someone mentioning that they were able to restore a backup through rom manager.

[Q] CWM Restore Problem

I installed cm10 did not like it so i restored to my stock rom which i had a back up of in CWM. Stock samsung restored fine but i try to go into CWM and it is not there anymore and goes into stock recovery mod. Did CWM get deleted and do I have to reinstall CWM ?
Thanks !
Stock ROM = stock recovery...wonder if u lost ROOT as well?
if so Root and re-install CWM or TWRP.
I have my stock ROM backed up also, been thinking of going back to ICS for a bit and trying to find a rooted,de-bloated stock Rogers ROM in flashable ZIP format so I dont have to do the whole process again lol....no luck yet

[Q] Keeps rebooting into recovery

I had PAC ROM decided it wasnt my thing so I went back to my stock rooted backup the LG system update notifcation popped up and like always went through with it. Now my phone wont boot past recovery. I already restored my stock backup again. any ideas?

twrp consistently crashes while restoring backups

I was playing around with some ROMs yesterday, since i was not happy with CM11 anymore. after installing a couple of different ROMs i decided to stick with slimkat. so i made a nandriod of slimkat and tried to go back to CM11 to get my apps all figured out for the switch. This is where the trouble started. when trying to restore CM11 I would get to "writing data" and at some point (always a different percentage) the phone would crash and reboot and get stuck in a boot loop. it would then do the same thing when trying to restore the slim ROM, always crashing before the restore finished. I always wiped data/sys/cache, i tried to fix permissions, install different version of twrp (2.6.x.x vs 2.8.6.0). I've since restored the phone back to factory and installed twrp again. I'm at my wits end as to what the problem could be. one thing that's odd is I get a splash screen before the twrp splash which still shows the little cyanogenmod guy at the bottom, even though there should be no remnants of CM on my s3 at this point.
I have slimkat installed at the moment and it's running fine. i'd still like to boot back into my old CM11. if i can't it's no tragic loss.
I will be travelling and i wont have access to odin for a little while, so i'm less inclined to go breaking things till i get back home. I thought maybe someone here has run into this or knows how to fix this.
Thanks for the help

Was the original CM11 nandroid made with the same recovery make and version which would not install it? I am pretty sure TWRP will not install a CWM or Philz nandroid. I don't know if there are issues installing a 2.6.x.x TWRP nandroid with the 2.8.x.x version of TWRP.
Thanks for you're reply. The backup was made with twrp, I'm not sure which version it was, so I downgraded to see if it would help, then I installed the latest version again. There was no difference in the results no matter the twpr version. Twrp nandroids are in fact incompatible with CWM, not sure about philz

Since Philz was originally based on CWM I wouldn't expect it to work with TWRP nandroids either.
Have you tried installing only specific partitions of the nandroid, such as the /data/data partition where the user installed apps are stored. As opposed to restoring the entire nandroid. I have heard mention of this, but in your case it may be problematic since your nandroid is of CM11 and the ROM you are running is SlimKat.
Oh that's a great idea, thanks, that may work. I i'll just flash CM and then restore data. I'm literally heading into the jungle right now, so in not sure if I'll be able to try this out for few days, but I will as soon as I get a chance.
Thanks for tour help
