Hello,
I had CM9 on my Epic 4g and upgraded to a S3 so am now trying CM10 - but I'm having issues with bluetooth that seem common for builds after 9/25. Per this comment: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32219843&postcount=6314 it sounds like I should be reverting to a 9/25 build but I can't find it anywhere.
At the below link it jumps from 9/16 to 9/27.
http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=d2spr&type=
When I try to google cm-10-20120925-NIGHTLY-d2spr.zip I come up with a bunch of old dead links.
any thoughts?

Did a search. All old threads. I wanna know the changelog for each nightly to know when hdmi out gets incorporated... or at least a thread discussing the new nightlys.
There's no changlog on the nightlys. The best you can do is check out cyan's github page to see what get what's pushed to the nightlys.
And there was a thread dedicated to the nightlys but it was locked for some reason.
Thinking of a master plan while sending this from my battle station....

So this is what I keep finding...
http://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_vendor_cyanogen/blob/froyo/CHANGELOG.mkdn
Is that for rc1 or is this for the current build?

pretty sure that' the RC1 because I've gone to that site a few times and it's always the same despite many new nightlies
In case anyone is interested I flashed cm6 newest nightly and hdmi still don't work... my tv recognizes that the phone is plugged in and playing 720p. But no picture on tv
The 8/6 or the 8/7 file??
I have Verizon GN rooted with latest CM9
set my google voice mail instead of carrier voice mail to play it from call log. Everything was working very well for couple months. However, few days ago stops working. It will show that I have a new voice mail in the call log, and it will show me from whom, but when i open it and hit play it will kick me out back to call log and wont play it!!!!
I was thinking maybe a bug from CM9!!! Can anyone check that for me on his device and confirm it?
I was searching for that problem before I decided to post this, but all what I find is about Sprint and I know it is something different from this one.
Regards,
Bassil
Its either only me, or no one uses google voice for the voice mail from call log except me
I'm having the same problem all of a sudden. I wonder if it's a new bug introduced in CM9 because it works on my old builds on my Nexus One but doesn't work on the Galaxy Nexus or my HTC One X running CM9.
My Google-fu indicates that it might be a codec error, but I don't see any recent changes that would account for this.

It looks like it is crashing trying to load the variablespeed playback lib.
Still don't see any change in the CM9 repos that would cause this problem.

Exactly, this what is happening to me!!! It wasn't like this with the older versions of CM9. I guess either from the new builds or from Verizon disabled it!!!
Same here

I don't think it's carrier side. I think it's a bug new since a recent build of CM9
I think it's from the Android build 4.0.4, not from cm9 because I changed from cm9 to another rom with same android 4.0.4 and having same problem.

Which ROM? Are you sure it doesn't use the CM9 codebase?
sassafras
I've been told that Google voice replay from the dialer will fail on any linaro build. I think, but could be wrong, that the latest CM9 and AOKP both are now linaro. I'm using stock 4.0.4 and it works fine.
I experienced the same exact issue, also some m3 files wouldn't play.
I was running latest BlackIce which is cm9 based. Just flashed it Monday, reverted back to my nandroid and everything started working correctly. It must be something with the latest updates made on CM9.

AOKP
I switched to an old build by CM9, and now its working
I was already backed up. So I just restored. It was bulid 5/20
Pretty safe to say it's a CM9 bug, but still no idea what is actually causing it.

It's pretty well established that it's a linaro issue.

The latest cm9 nightly (July 9) seems to have fixed this. It works for me now at least.

Thank you, and sorry about that. I do follow QBKing77 on youtube, facebook, and twitter. It's just that sometimes stuff is not updated. I actually really want the AOKP Milestone 6, but the link he has doesn't work, do you know where I can get that?
Aokp development for this phone has recently dropped. Your best bet for aokp is whatever you can find from around 2 months ago. Cm9 beta is out now though and does not have the screen tearing and Los issues I had with aokp.

I do like CM, but the one thing I do not like about it is the Apollo music, it messes a lot of my music up. I think I'm just going to get the Blazer ROM, looks pretty good.
Hi Guys,
anyone know a JB ROM that has this feature from CM 9 ?
Bluetooth Message Access Profile (MAP)
I know some SII JB Roms have this ported from CM9 but not sure about SIII.
Thanks,

I switched back to AOKP 10/16, its working there now. sorry not on CM anymore.
I recall spotting a fix for MAP in the CM10 changelogs in the past day or two; I'm not sure what was broken or when, but presumably the break happened before M2.
If I get a chance I'll check if the latest nightlies still have MAP working.

Is mail working with bluetooth map on CM10 oder aokp or just sms?

Slim bean 4.2.1 stable release mentions MAP in their change log. Have not tried it yet though. Looking to find one that works with Dodge uconnect.

As long as it supports MAP shouldnt be a problem. I´m still searching for a ROM/solution to read my mail on an BMW CIC entertaining system. Touchwiz does sms but no mail...
Cheers
I'm not able to post directly to the developer thread, and I thought that would be the appropriate course of action considering how narrow this problem is, but I guess it isn't? I'm not sure of the etiquette here, so I apologise for being awkward.
I've installed the latest nightly (2013/10/02) for Shawn157's AOKP build because apparently AOKP just isn't going to develop for my phone despite it being really dang new still. Everything is working on par with everyone else except for one odd thing; my phone won't receive or transmit audio during a phone call. I get or make a phone call and there's no sound coming out, and the person on the other end can't hear me either.
I'd be happy to dump/log/paste whatever you need. Thanks in advance for the help!
Usually you should try troubleshooting the issue yourself, if you still can't figure it out, then ask.
Have you tried a different 4.3 ROM?
Have you tried flashing a 4.2.2 ROM?
Have you tried flashing a 4.1.2 touchwiz ROM?
Have you tried returning to stock?
If yes to all and your still experiencing the issue, then its a hardware issue and you'll either have to fix it yourself or send it in for repair.

Yup. CM10.1 works, the last released official AOKP (Android 4.2.2) works, PACMAN works; it's really just this rom.

Not since flashing this one particular ROM, but I was hoping to not have to wipe my user data for the bajillionth time as I'm getting quite sick of having to reset all of my ribbons and re-log into every bloody social media app I use.

AOKP team tweeted that there were some issues on the d2 devices (Galaxy S 3) which prevent them from building 4.3 nightlies. Shawn's build is also pulled directly from AOKP source so issues that AOKP team hasn't fixed will still be there. Anyway, I'm still rocking 4.2.2 build until AOKP fixes those issues. When playing around with new ROM, I do not reinstall all apps until I use the new ROM for a little while to see if there are critical issues. Saves me time of restoring all apps.
