I'm in this situation:

what's the problem?
How can I install any rom? Thanks
Before you flash a ROM you have to factory reset and a wipe the dalvik cache. (If you're on ClockworkMod do each twice.) Then flash it again.

That has nothing to do with his problem...
Anyways, It looks like you've either got a bad download or a marvlec phone. Status 0 usually pops up when the updater script doesn't match the actual phone type.

Not unless you're trying to flash from fastboot.
Also, don't expect wonders if you do this procedure. You're not using the most battery friendly rom there is and fiddling with rils will rarely bring more benefit than trouble.

I can't comment on that as I wouldn't touch anything >Sense 1.9 with a poke. What I'm saying you might get marginal improvement at a risk of getting more trouble than needed. When you get random dropouts or data connection issues, changing radios might help, but battery life was never drastically improved in my case.

Which camera do u use??? The sense 3.0 cam or the amaze cam....
U must have selected one of them in the aroma installer while installing the Rom....
If u selected sense 3.0 cam then any sense 3.5 or 3.0rom can give u that... Eg. Aurora( sense 3.0 ROM)

That's what I would have asked, too.
Look here for files (search, where it says "6: Custom Recoveries"). I've always done it by following method: "3) Via PC49IMG.zip Process (Needs S-OFF) - Download anyone of the PC49IMG ZIP file of the recovery you wish to install, place on your SDcard, and reboot into HBoot Mode ..."
' Well, when I've run ruu's on my phone. It never touched the bootloader because it was newer than the one in the ruu. So after that I just flashed cwm and a superuser zip and carried on as normal

right. But as a hint: if you do it with method 3) and you want to go into recovery with Fastboot after flashing a new one - you have to get the PC49IMG.zip out of the SDCARD's root first (e.g. connect to USB or put the card into a card reader to remove it)
I flashed the shipped ROM and I am glad that it didn't remove S-OFF. After that I rooted my device using SuperOneClick. Thinking of staying with this ROM for a while before reflashing ClockWorkMod. Thanks a lot guys for your help.

i told you first to backup then install any other roms.
that kernel works i tested on cm9/cm10.and about that sdcard error might buy new sdcad of class 10 will solved it.

Hello
Hey guys, i'm newbie with android phones, just bought WFS.. My buddy told me that it's possible to add a custom rom/recovery/rooting, so here's whats up.
Me and my friend has tried lots of different ways to add custom recovery for flashing custom rom (Cyanogen mod), Bootlocker is unlocked (S-ON still), its rooted (Found from here .zip what flashes custom rom(rooted) from cmd LINK HERE. Phone is i think bought in 2012 february, Android version 2.3.5 | Sense version 2.1 | Kernel version 2.6.35. Checked from boot (Vol down + power) that it's Marvel PVT Ship RL if i can remember right now, at school.. I was thinking is it possible to make somehow make same kind of zip like the link above or any way to get custom recovery. And if you need something info to help me, please tell me. Thanks already guys, hope you can help me with this!

[Q] int2ext in speed droid
Hi everybody, i'm using jelly king 2.0 for about a week now and, though really smooth and beautiful, I'm having data connection loss, so i'm gonna try speed droid http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1867712.
I was reading about int2ext scripts and if I got it correctly, they kind of substitute L2SD or similar right?
The things I dont' get about speed droid features is whether the int2ext script is already included in the rom or not. Do I have to include it using this guide? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31189532&postcount=87
In this case, adb shell should be run from pc or within the device by terminal emulator?
thanks for every help you can give me
edit: sorry guys, I read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31377729&postcount=1 so maybe i just need to flash int2ext+ script file over the rom. Am I correct?

Hey, thanks for creating a specific thread for inexperienced noobs like myself...
I'm using a wildfire S with 2.3.5. In the processes of trying to unlock my bootloader, I've tried to upload my token id to the HTC site. It gives me an error claiming that the is not the correct number of characters. The code is as follows:
0F568578065381D30E350A8DBA40EBDE 91BCBEA6E92B7AC1CA18CBD3A8D540D6 783B7F5660408F6027DB815E5C3BF4BF 937FBD676AB729CA4C1CEFF92D79C883 2B59B1719BB84EA75B580CEFE25EADD8 0D63F08CA66B324223E227240A18E9EB 8A4BA4362A153CFFCB28FA5918F59DD4 D3194F511DF24FD2ACF2BD01CB37F1BD 6CD75F2FB5C841209F75A5330100E49C 6F62345EFA711DDECBCAE9B8FDBBB6D9 76F89B1F73FBA02B5FC6048871EA25DC 9278F8E46F35CB3F7C5027B8DE53D712 694D7FFCA669769D9FDBE083662412F1 85EED49E1A3E8DECF5503C5D4E8F8A63 F06DA2159D510E07C63E1BD33B098DE9 24265FACF4D70B51D3F063FBE17DAE72

Follow my guide from the general section after the hboot unlock steps. http://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...to root htc wildfire Buzz with hboot 1.02.000

Thanks a lot. Managed to load the CWM you provided. It doesn't seem to do backups though. Been running since 20 minutes trying to do a backup for a resetted phone. Is it normal?
Thanks

Nope. What class is your sdcard? Also did you select backup with trackball rather than power? (just need to be sure some people get mixed up and sit waiting on a black screen)

First I tried with it's original 2 gb SanDisk card, probably a slow one, extFat (original format, not tampered with). After, I tried with a 10-class 16gb Kingston, fat32. Same result.
Haven't touched the trackball. Not sure if it even works.
Thanks a lot for helping.

As stated in the op of the other thread the controls in the recovery are different. You need to use the track ball to select backup. Power takes you back into a moot menu. Were you using power to select?

DOH!
Thanks, especially with people reading one in 2 words. It works.

As a closing question: is there any stable ROM for Wildfire (Buzz) that has KitKat? Or any other 4+ Android?
Thanks

In my opinion the last totally stable build of android for the wildfire was cm7 (android 2.3.7) we had an ice cream sandwich rom running for a long time but i dont believe all the bugs were ironed out of it. Ics is 4.0.1 i believe.
