[Q] HELP T210 Touch not working after patching CWM

I have patch T210 this morning with CWM along with instructions stated in oerder to root T210.
however after patching it with tools and SW provided I found that touch is not working and only key buttons are working.
I wonder if anyone here can help me. alo I've dowloaded the rooted md5 UK ROM one file, but I don'w know how to flash it.

Is your recovery blue ?
Works The recovery with Volumen up / down keys so is it The stockrecovery.
After flashing The recovery with Odin you just do a manuelly reboot into recovery mode.

the problem that touch is not working at all not just in CWM it doesn't work also when it boot to OS .
I have installed UK preroot md5 version version but the screen now is black .
just the logo appears at the startup
i'm trying to download the original firmmware from sammsung website and will see
dunno reall what to do if doesn't respond work too??????

Its the best way, go back to stock with Odin, so de will hope your touch works.
Is it working flash CWM root your tab, don t use a prerooted Rom as first.

I'll. still downloading the original stok ROM btw. also samsung uploaded it on rapidgator .net so download is like turtle . how come they don't have thier own download server. it is really sucks. 2 hrs & 6 mins left

Hi, first of all sorry about mi little english... I have the following issue:
I bought my Find 7 from Telcel (Mexico), the model of my find 7 is shown as Model Number: X9076 and Version Number: X9076MX_12.
I've tried to update (using both project spectrum zip and ColorOS V2.1.5i) using the methods that oppo described in their community posts (flash with stock recovery) with no success. It fails to update and reboot and the only message I get is "Actualizacion Fallida".
Would you please help me with a solution for this problem? Any workaround? It is because of telcel firmware?
My current ColorOS Version, it is V1.2.1i, Android 4.3

Flash the recovery update from this thread first, then try to flash the COS update again.

Thank you very much for your answer my friend.. sadly it didn't work.. it keeps telling me "Update Failed" message.. should i try flashing the recovery img using fastboot or unlock the bootloader first (if possible on find 7)? It is safe to install any other recovery like twrp and try to update from it? The phone isn't rooted, it has stock telcel firmware.

It's possible that the update .zip you downloaded just didn't download correctly; it got corrupted or something. Maybe try downloading it again, and then try installing it again. The first tutorial has worked fine for myself and many others.
However, it is safe for you to install TWRP. I'd recommend downloading it direct from their website here . Grab the latest version available and flash it using fastboot.

Thank you again for your answer.. i managed to install the recovery and the COS update using fastboot flash and the recovery img (version 4.3) from the zip file... Now I'm setting up mi Google account on the device... so it's done...thank you so much for your assistance.

Remove TWRP

Hello,
I flashed a stock rom for my zenfone 2 Z00A without any problem but because I have installed TWRP on my phone to test out cm12.1 and cm13 I can no longer do the OTA as they come in. I have searched through the forums and have tried to edit the OTA file as described but it always errors and won't install. I did a backup when I first installed TWRP, if I use that recovery file will it bring back my phone to stock or will I still have TWRP? If i will is there a way to remove TWRP and go back to the stock recovery so I can install the OTA's the normal way?

Hi David. Can you supply the link to the stock rom that you used and the recovery image please?Did you flash anything else besides these two?

What I did was;
1) download the latest full firmware from this site http://www.asus-znfone.com/2016/01/full-firmware-zenfone-2-ze551ml-V2.20.40.160.html and installed it using twrp as I would any custom rom.
2) After I went through all the set up I was alerted to a system update. Before I did the update I replaced TWRP with the restore.img from this link

3) After rebooting it is possible to do all the OTA updates.

If you already downloaded official firmware for your model, put it on root folder on your sdcard or internal memory, in folder named "dload" (without quotes). It should contain two files: recovery.img and UPDATE.APP. Then turn off your phone, and turn it on with holding Power+Volume Up+Volume Down. Wait for install to finish, it will reboot itself when done. You will lose all your data on internal storage and root, so you will need to install TWRP and SuperSU again if needed.

What if it stuck again in twrp like the first time ?

Recovery.img in dload folder will replace TWRP with default Huawei recovery. Also, i was stucked in earlier TWRP recovery, with version 3.0.2-0 it was ok.
If you don`t have need for root, rom will work with default recovery.

Hm, not sure, regional Huawei website for Morocco doesn't list GX8, you could try with rom from this forum: https://forum.xda-developers.com/gx8/how-to/g8-g7-plus-official-roms-europe-t3294362 .

Did you try to install it via local update?
Anyway, your best bet is to install TWRP and flash the CN ROM through TWRP.
Alternatively, use miflash tool in the unofficial unbrick tool to flash the CN firmware via edl mode

Bro when I purchased the phone the software was 3.16 global,then I changed it to 4.16 with local update,but I was trying the same thing with the Chinese software when I go to the local update and I press the install button the mobile shut down and goes to the software installation but after 10% or something it shows package error and just reboot it self.i don't know what to do now. sorry my English is not good

Use TWRP; follow the link below, root your device then flash CN ROM from TWRP.
Back up your data cos flashing TWRP will wipe everything.
Also, when installing CN, get version 6.23

There you are. Its the 6.23 version of the cn rom
This directs to the 5s version but both the 5s and 5g versions of this rom are identical. ( Md5 checksum proves its the same file)
Flash from recovery. Or through TWRP

Otg refers to a external usb device you connect to the phone. If you have the update.zip on the root of the internal memory it should show up.
If it does not. You should use the root without unlocking bootloader tutorial to install TWRP. The zip will flash from there with no problems.
