Yeah thanks for that hilarious ! I mean is there any solution you can buy to shine it up ?

I use the individual lens wipes. Bought a pack of 60 for $2 at Walmart.

I've just used lens cleaner and a lens cloth.

+1 to that, I have used a coputer screen cleaner with a microfibre cloth. also used a glass scratch remover every now and then to remove micro scratches and keep the glass really looking good. One problem is that the polish gets between the screen and the case in the tiny gaps so it doesn't look good. but a fine paint brush gets it out again. Also used the polish on the camera lens and it removed some of the small scratches.

Whichever shirt I happen to be wearing

I just use my jeans or top, never thought about a proper screen cleaner

Scratched Screen

I had some scratches on my screen which isn't visible except under sunlight. I put my phone in my pockets alone. My keys are in a seperaate pocket. And I as far as I know gorilla glass is suposed to be anti-scratch. And I remmember that I read somewhere that I can ask for a replacement if I had a scratch on the gorilla glass. So anyone haf similar issue and managed to get a replaceme?

Camera glass

Has anyone managed to crack the glass on their camera yet?
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA
No, and with luck I never will!!
No, as far as I have seen here not. But the camera glass isn't Gorilla glass so take care of it ...
It can be scratched easily ... (see other topics about that)

Yes.
Boot into fastboot.
Plug USB in
Turn phone over
Hit with hammer.
It was pretty easy to work out how to do this, much easier than s off.
Feel free to donate if this helps.

Try cleaning alcohol.
Will pick some up when in town next. Work good?

I recommend you Isopropanol.
Recently I needed to replace the back of my hox so I had one extra spare to try on, I also tried the logo.
I use it to clean camera bodies and lenses as well.
You can buy it on ebay, it's not so expensive and handy to clean all kind of plastic.
I just use antibacterial wipes, the same ones I use for my laptops. Comes up a treat - like new.
Cheers.

I never used to case phones, then I dropped my first HOX, now I got a silicon case for my second HOX.
I find the HOX very slippy and this case gives great grip and doesn't add much to the size.
It was only a few quid on amazon.
I had one on my white one a while ago but thought it made it a bit ugly. Do cases from the a t t variant fit ours? Thdres one they have I'd happily use. Same makers from one I had on my nexus was lush

Fast overheating + cameralens loose

When my one X is charging on textile like a pillow or sth it heats up like crazy. Anyone with the same problem?
Also my lens looks like it is gonna give up on me any day now..
I always take great care of my phone, before this one had a hd2 had it for 3 year, not a single scratch. I hate the cheap ass build quality.
I won't buy a dumb plastic piece of sh.. anymore. HTC please, for your next phones, use aluminium.
I wonder, can the heating problems be fixed?

Well, y'know, you could put it on something thermally conductive rather than a thermal insulator.

I'm not that careful with my phone, and not a single mark, dent, scuff, scratch or any other sign of damage.
Dropped it a few times too

Also, the screen scratches like crazy even with a protector

God bless polycarb - removing dents

Hi all,
Not sure if anyone has already posted this but one really great thing about the HOX is its trivial to remove even really chunky dents and scratches from the case. I had a few caused by dropping on tarmac ta at looked really nasty.
Some 400 grade wet and dry, job done. Wrap the paper round a cloth to make it nice and squishy, rub away. 30 seconds later - good as new...

Will I be able to remove this?

not exactly removing a dent is it...
Your right, it's disguising it. Nearly all people would never pick it if done well.

I actually tried the sanding trick myself on my damaged One X and i have to say it works a treat
but ofcourse, always be very careful
Sounds good gonna try it

Would this remove the yellow spot bottom left??
?⇜viper 361xm304 goes like ?
It sure will, as mentioned earlier in this thread it will disguise it.

ive dropped my one x like 30 times on ceramic flooring, no dents, no scratches, even dropped it like 3 times on screen(got a sand scratch).
the only thing i hated about the design is the extruding back camera, that got alot of scratches.
