Navigation bar for cm9 - HTC Wildfire S

Hello,
I just succeeded in activating the navigation bar in cm9 (RobotoMod). But my phone had a problem and I had to make an old restore. So the navigation bar disappeared and I absolutely cannot find the tutorial I used. I don't want to rebuild the framework, there was just a line to add in build.prop... Do you know what it is ?

[Q] change notification bar

hello
I have CM7
and I want to change the ugly black background in the notification bar, to something like sense or something...
there is an application to change it?
thanks for any help
Theme Chooser, download themes from the market or on here. Transparent themes won't work unless you patch cm7 first though.

Never heard of patching it. Could you tell me how to do that?
a sick status bar will just be the icing on the cake for my wildfire.
I have tried apps like custom status bar and status bar + but neither offer what i want.
I'm sure i found an app that let me set wallpapers as the texture for the bar, but i cant remember which app it was

onscreen navigation hides the last row of the keyboard partially.

I flashed BCM RC4.1U2 last night after being on RC3.6U2 for many months... as with the last ROM, i find that the on screen navigation keys hide the last row of the keyboard partially. I feel that the hidden portion has increased in the latest ROM. My hardware keys are fairly unresponsive with both ROMs and was forced to use the ICS onscreen keys and in general i find the onscreen navigation keys easier on the fingers...
Can i move the keyboard up by a few pixels to solve this problem? Is there a patch or setting available that will do this... ??
Hi, don't know the answer but could you tell me how to enable the soft keys in ICS?

In BCM ICS Rom (now you find it as SpazeDog) you have to check software navigation bar in settings>display.
in others ICS ROM there are some mods that make the job .. you can find it searching "softkey" as keyword in their threads.
Same for me but alternate keyboard (swiftkey x) works fine for me

It is possible, however due to some of the changes in 4.4 it's not a major priority

i use all in one gestures from Google Play and dont need navbar for most of the time...
and no root or build.prop edit needed to hide navbar just do as it has been said here (best to do on fresh system)

or you can use "Auto Hide Soft Keys" app.

Customize navigation bar?

Is there a way to customize navigation bar?

Yes there is. You can install the Xposed framework and then download a module called Gravitybox you can then adjust the nav bar. Just be aware that this will break ART support. I do not know of a way that keeps ART support and allows for navbar adjustment. For Xposed you can look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/framework-xposed-rom-modding-modifying-t1574401 .
It says only for vanilla android can't use it on sense.
