Like the title states I can not get the mms to work for the life of me. I was able to get data to work but no mms. Any other AT&T users out there able to get it to work?

Youd probably have more luck finding help on AT&Ts forum. Im assuming you're using the tmobile phone on their network?
The only thing I can think of is to check your APN. Not sure what at&ts should be but im sure you can find it with a quick search.
Sorry I cant be more help. Good luck!

How did you leave it blank? Whenever I delete the default and save it resets to the default again.

Is there a way to unlock this setting?
Search the forums. There's a way around it.

Golly thanks. Never would have thought of that. Any clues on which forums to search? The ATT forums pulled up nothing for me.
No way I've found around it.. don't know what he is talking about.

Search "GSLEON APN Unlock" in AT&T Development. I'd post a link if I wasn't on my phone.
Edit: Scratch that. Can't find it in there anymore. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Anyway if that is what you are talking about adding an non lte apn can be done but that is nit the same thing as unlocking it enabling manual network selection.

Is it something in the SIM that locks it?
i would greatly appreciate if someone found it!
What are you guys trying to do with this? When I go through it seems to be unlocked I can choose att and T-Mobile and I'm on att network

Where did you get the phone? I'm guessing from your sig you are rooted and running a non-ATT rom?

Is that all it takes? Coolio. What is the best way to unlock? Also, I'm not worried about LTE vs 4G , just carrier selection.
oh im not unlocked either phone is just rooted running my rom
Would unlocking get carrier selection working?
I'm not sure I have carrier selection and I'm not unlocked

Just rub a little salt in the wound why doncha... lol. That is where I wanna be. I get into areas where the ATT signal is weak but present, and the phone will go on a roaming network. If I reboot it comes back up on ATT. Might have to go the root/rom route. Unless unlocking will get me there...
Hopefully the note will get access to this amazing app. I already miss being able to go on the Verizon network any time.

Emailed as well. I provided my paypal email that I bought the app with too. He might be more inclined to update it if he knows we all paid for it.
Do a search on prl write. You can still force roam by renaming a 002.prl to test.prl on your internal drive to get on the Verizon network. No root required.

Hey Jocelyn, so Roam Control allows you to jump back and forth between the Sprint PRL and the Verizon PRL without a problem? That sounds pretty awesome! Right now this app isn't compatible with our phone though right?
No, I'm always on Verizon and don't use roam control. You'd have to update prl and reboot to go back to Sprint.

Can you point me in the right direction to get on the 0002 PRL like yourself? I never messed around with the PRL before
Disregard...I see you provided the link above.
Go to the E4GT thread I linked above > download 00002.zip > extract it > rename 00002.prl to test.prl > place test.prl on the root of your internal storage > open phone app ##3282# > View > PRL Write > PRL Write
Your phone will reboot, you'll probably have a better signal lol, and you can confirm it worked by looking at the PRO in Status under About Device under settings.
If you want it back the way you had it, just update the PRL under system update.

Check your apns, but also, if you're usually connected to WiFi, MMS won't send unless you clear the MMS.apk cache. Not sure why this is, but I've tested it multiple times and it seems to be the culprit and solution.

Ok, this may have been covered before but I don't think so.
I'm on Sprint 4.2.1 official. No custom ROM. I am however running AK. I can't send MMS or receive MMS. I have updated my profile, rebooted, etc etc. I do have data enabled and do not have WiFi enabled. Any flash able zips? There are no APN settings being a Sprint phone, well none that I can adjust.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

the only thing i can think of is to clear the messaging application itself.

For those having issues, have you guys fully ported your Sprint number to Google Voice? Thinking this may be causing some issues. I managed to get MMS received by unchecking the "auto receive" option. Still can't send though. This is frustrating.

If you "found" it, then yes you should do the right thing and try to get it back to them. In any case, if/when the owner reports it as lost or stolen, the IMEI would be blacklisted and you'd have a useless GS4.
