Can someone post the stock camera apk?

Which ROM are you running? Have you tried the standard "try first" fixes? Fix permissions, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache. You could even try to flash over if the camera was working before. Just don't wipe data, and re-flash the ROM you are running.

You could try to unzip this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1599767 - and get the camera.apk. Or just flash the whole thing with the instructions in the link.
Have you tried a factory reset?

I have Carbon ROM which I am thoroughly enjoying. I would like to upgrade to the newest build which I have downloaded on my phone. Is there anyway to update without having to redownload all my apps/reinstall via a backup? Can I just flash over it without wiping my phone?

What about GApps? Will I have to reinstall those as well or are those unaffected?

Yeah, forgot about those! :what:
It's the Wipe Data \ Factory Reset that gets rid of the apps, so throwing in a format /system into your dirty flash won't hurt...
Hi,
I got the rooted, deodexed, and debloated version of the latest stock rom.
After I flashed it, I keep getting the error messages "unfotunately the process ... has stopped unexpectedly". I used CWM to flash this rom multiple times. I also wiped data/factory, cache, and dalvik cache. I saw some others are reporting the same error.
I was wondering if there is a solution for this out there.
Thanks
Did you try infamous superwipe and cache wipe? Check the sticky in the development thread.

No I didn't try the infamous superwipe. I will do it. What is cache wipe, is it same as the option in CWM recovery mode?
I don't know much about how they work, but it's the only way I could get the stock rom to work, so it might work for you too. Just flash them both instead of wiping the normal way. I think one wipes data and one wipes cache, more info in the thread.

Ok, BTW, I moved from Juggernaut 5.0 to JB Stock using ODIN and it worked fine. It's the rooted version of the JB Stock that gives me these errors. In fact, the main reason that I tried rooted version is because it supposedly doesn't have bloadware either.
Well using odin removes more than flashing a zip, for example it replaces your recovery. I'm not an expert and don't know much about the details, but that's probably why it worked using odin.
OK. I flashed the wrong kernel on my new Nexus 7 (2013). My stupid, I flashed the kernel (franco) for the old Nexus 7 on the new one.
Luckily, I can still access bootloader and recovery (TWP). Now it's stuck at Google (again, I can still go to bootloader and recoery).
Where can I find the stock kernel that I can use? Or Can I flash a custom kernel?
Thank you in advance and I appreciate every comment.

I recommend flashing a custom kernel.

Have you considered trying this which will return your Nexus 7 to its original factory settings with a stock image? I haven't used this method but it may get your tablet working again. Also, for future reference, you should always make a nandroid backup before you flash something new in case you run into problems like this.
Wiping the cache/dalvik cache usually works for me when it would hang on the boot screen after a flash.

Do you have a ROM installed?
Try restoring to factory settings, reflashing a ROM, and then flashing the kernel. Wipe cache/dalvik once you're done and see if that works.

Try flashing the stock rooted ROM here.
To restore to factory settings, go to "Wipe" then slide the slider at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks cyberprodigy and Username invalid for helping me.
I fixed it.
After flashing 2 custom kernels (all of them were said to be completed install) but I was stuck at Google.
So I tried to flash a stock kernel (I downloaded it from here, sorry for hotlink-ing from another forum: http://droidbasement.com/asus/razor/flo/sys-backup/jb-4.3_ota-full_n7_razor-flo.zip). I will also uploaded the stock kernel file extracted from that link in case somebody needs it but doesn't want to download the whole Stock ROM.
The file extension is .img, so for people not knowing how to flash this file, use this command
"fastboot flash boot <the file name.img>"
Thanks again.
Here is the llink to the stock kernel for N7(2013). it's 16Mb so I can't attach it.

Hey guys. I just flashed S4 Launcher and Weather Widget and my device is not opening Say "Android OS is upgrading, apps is opening..." but not opening I haven't a backup. What can I do?
Go into recovery mode then wipe dalvik and wipe cache, reboot and see what happens.
It's always better to perform a Nandroid backup before flashing any kind of mod for such cases.

Which version of GApps did you install? Have you tried rebooting into recovery mode and clearing the Cache and Dalvik Cache? Also, did you do a factory reset before flashing ThunderROM?

No GAPPs needed for thunderom. I tried the rom before and had no crashes. Probably the way he installed it?
