I have been using GoSMS pro on my Galaxy nexus for months with no problems at all. The other day I tried sending a message to an "invalid number" and the notification is constantly in my bar and won't go away. I've tried clicking on the message and sending to valid number but the old notification stil appears. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

I got a HTC TP2 Vodafone UK version. The first text message is not showing on the messages screen when I press on messages icon. Anyone may help please?

For the last three or four days i've been completely unable to send text messages. I can receive them, make calls, take calls and use mobile data without a problem; but whenever i try to send a message i just get 'Message Not Sent' in the notification bar next to a message symbol with an exclamation mark on it. I've tried changing roms, radios, selecting networks manually and rebooting countless times. Nothing has worked thus far. Any ideas? It's ridiculously frustrating. Btw I'm using an unlocked GSM Galaxy Nexus on Orange UK

Need to get your smsc number in. I had the problem but my USA solution did not work for the UK problem. Search it. There was 2 threads recently and use the one that the guy solved as a baseline to solve your problem.

I have had no issues with my galaxy nexus until today, someone has just sent me a text message and when I tried to reply the nexus advised message not sent.
I have tried to search for the service number for messages but cant find it
I am on 3 uk but the phone is unbranded from amazon
I dont particularly want to reset all of the phone , is there anyway that I can find the settings for messages //

Hey guys I have an issue with getting "null" errors when receiving text messages SMS from the program Oracle from my job. My phone is a ATT galaxy siii. I was stock using gosms and all was working well till 4.1.2 update. I have no other issues with text messages. I can receive any text messages just not from Oracle. I placed my SIM card into another phone (old flip phone) and it worked fine. One of my co workers is using a Galaxy note 2 and has no issues. So I rooted my phone and have tried a lot of different roms but none have worked. At the moment I have gone back to 4.1.1 but no luck yet. Is there a setting I might be missing or has anybody got any suggestions?
Infuriating problem. Trying to send text messages (SMS) and it says "Sending..." and then "Not sent. Touch to try again." Sometimes the messages do go out, most times not. I have tried most suggestions even a factory reset.
