Only answer is try all of them and see what you like..
Right now, using Kings Ultra Unleashed. But used Elite Series I which is also great ROM
Though I only use it to update my PRL, Myn's warm twopointtwo seems nice.

Mikfroyo 4.5 all the way, very quick and a beautiful presentation, especially when using adw ex launcher.
I like Fresh, its not themed, just clean and fast.
Try Calks EViO, MikFroyo, Kings Unleashed (Based off Mik), Myn at the very least. With EViO 1.7.7, I was underclocked to 921 and still hit quadrant scores on par with any other sense ROM running 998 and had amazing battery life.
Been lovin AVA's rom lately.

Fresh was the first ROM i flashed when i rooted... one of the most stable ROM's out.
I currently run mikfroyo. his approach to optimizing is a step above IMHO, plus u can add on whatever you like and in his forum community pages very helpful themers can whip up zips and tips for custom mods or themes for you.

I love Ava's when I am not on MIUI. I do miss the battery % being shown on Ava though when I flashed the smooth icons.

Try it, you'll like it, its fast and stable, u can customize right from the Vaelpak settings or the Vaelpak app. It has a mix of sense and asop, its a non sense rom.

how many hours goes into cooking roms,kernals and themes?? seems like alot of work..well i just want to thank all the devs and everyone for being so helpful..im very new to xda and flashing roms..bout 2 weeks new lol..thanks to all of u at xda i now have an iphone killer thank you!

Many, many hours. Days actually...sometimes weeks. Most of the roms that are out now are either new or have been updated a maximum of 4 or 5 times since the news years.
Kernels too.
It takes days and weeks and many tweaks. And welcome to xda.

Those guys over at TeamBAMF are really good. Quality releases with minimal bugs.
Should should be another great ROM to look out for.

technically there already is bamf on the inc2...as skyraider zeus is a bamf rom
i *think* adryn is porting bamf 2.4 or the something like that...ill check with him
This phone community keeps getting better. There's a handful of very good, stable, sense roms now. It's awesome. Now on aosp if sound and compass would get fixed for that one day a week I need to get my aosp fix LOL.

TEAM DIRTs code name android 3.3.1 has been the best jb ROM I've run. As far as ICS goes TEAM DIRTs RemICS-UX is my favorite.
