I don't get why everyone is obsessed with quadrant scores jelly bean is just smoother and faster than ICS and quadrant will never show that

Quadrant is simply a random number generator with "pretty" pictures.
Its completely useless otherwise.
I am think it was because of low battery and the overheating that must've allowed down the cpu because now I'm running at 4800 and 60 not like 30 fps before. So it must be some heating issue with the phone that slows down

Im running calks 3.0 with gunslinger with the aggressive tweak. When I reboot my phone the battery will drop in huge amounts. For instance I was at 44 percent then the reboot. When it came back on I was at 7 percent life. Any ideas how to fix?

Interesting, you actually recover somewhat after the drop. Mine would be somewhere below 15% and continue to drop from there.

I have that issue as well. I ran battry calibration app from the market. it wipes the battery stats and lets the rom rebuild new ones. it helps. I don't have that issue as much unless im flashing a new kernel.

I just installed the update and now when running Quadrant I'm getting 4000 4500 scores. First got the phone I was in the 6000 range. What's the deal? Any thoughts?

Quadrant is not a good program to use. It fluctuates a lot for no reason

does it feel any slower? if not then don't worry about benchies
On LJC with multi view mod and getting quadrant score of 6150..

I have begun to see some things. Nothing phased the phone. Now after update Swype at times won't come up. I installed the newer version when I got the phone since it only had an Old version on it & it was fine. I am starting to see weirdness in other areas to now.
Now you have it installed and still get 6000 quad? I'm inclined to think I should reset or flash back then update then add my stuff.

Running quadrant framerates only hit up to 41 tops when I first ran it they were hitting 60.

Does anyone know why the note 2 scores so low on the gaming benchmark compared to other phones with far less resources? Is it the new quad core causing inaccuracies?

Benchmarks mean nothing. They are meaningless numbers
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda premium
Had the phone about a week now. First benchmark was in the 5000's. Now benchmark is in the low 4000'S. below the one x. Had anyone else been noticing this?

You're still using quadrant?
..........
That's my solution for you.
And what have you done since then... app installs, background sync and update processes, power settings, etc.
Those things impact results. But those numbers mean nothing. Your phone likely still feels just as fast and wonderful.

Well my isn't down
Before the update, using Quadrant Standard, I'd rang between 10,000 to 12,000 but now It is only 6,500 to 8,800. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
Sent from my LG-E980 using xda app-developers app
Yep. Same here.
That's crazy right? I wonder why or even how to get it back to normal. ?

I have seen lower quadrant scores since the update but antutu is the same. 9k for quadrant 24k for antutu. Dont know why its lower but i dont like it.
So if I'm understanding correctly, the update sacrificed some power for new features >_<

My phone still runs the same since update. Which is it runs great.
If you not noticing real world performance decreases, I wouldn't sweat those benchmark scores. They can vary greatly.from one test to the next.
Yes, it is true that the performance didn't really drop.

Benchmark
Antutu is 24k? Are you rooted and/or over clocked? Mine is only 19k...
