Great job and thanks for your work

Let's see. I've got Jellybro on my Nexus 7, and now it's available for my GS III as well?
All the things Jellybro!

I respect your work.Thanks

Nice work! Just flashed this and it has network mode choice so looks like this is definitely good for people on the Canadian carriers to get LTE without having to do a dirty flash over cm9.

Cool man welcome to the gs3! Your Rom on gnex was one of my favorites!
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2

Awesome and thanks! I just happened to find your last two builds on GOO MANAGER - but glad you have brought it over to XDA - awesome work!

So is a kernel flash needed and gapps or just gapps?

has anyone tried this on telus yet?

Looks promising, thanks!

I'm on rogers and running it. Haven't been in an LTE area yet but it doe's have the option for LTE so should work good on Telus.

Just gapps. Kernel is built in

where do we get the gapps and what happend to google now?

Does this have working A2DP?
I know one of the problem is bluetooth audio output didn't work on CM10 or AOKP, is it working here. That's the only reason why I am held back on flashing something

The haptic feedback is all out of whack...sometimes its soft and other times its really rough...just a lil feedback.

Yeah same here with the haptic issue. Other than that everything is great.

CyanogenMod 9

Hey guys. Shot in the dark but does anyone know when we can expect to get a release, or even nightly cm9 builds for the GNex?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
Personally i think that they're more occupied with getting it to work on many of their devices, and when they do, they'll start adding some CM-features, and since we already got the stock build we won't need any nightlies for the "Getting it at all to work"-stuff.
That's just how i see it though.
indeed, there is absolutely no point in the Galaxy Nexus receiving the current nightlies. In fact there is no point for it to get support for Cyanogenmod 9 until the Cyanogenmod extra features start being implemented.
At the moment, it's literally just AOSP ICS. Since we already have actual fully working ICS, there is no need.

The CM Team don't give out ETAs, I think that's the first rule of the CM Team??
If there's one thing I know to be true in this world, it's this:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

Rumour has it that the team regularly Google for people asking for ETAs, and for each one they find they delay the next release by a day

Any idea who's on the GN's CM9 dev team? I'm guessing the big guns are (kondik & koush).

I know koush has the GSM version.
I believe, judging from their tweets, that @CM_arcee and @ChrisSoyars also have it or will be getting it.
As for Steve himself, well, he works for Samsung now

ROM CM7.2RC directly from the cyanogenmod team

I didn't see a thread about it on here so I figured I'd start one myself. Has anyone been to www.cyanogenmod.com and downloaded the release candidate of CM7.2 yet? I have, and it's pretty sweet. My only issues thus far are the inability to flash fonts from ROM Toolbox and no video chat in Google talk (both very minor issues). Otherwise, all the goodness we've become accustomed to from CM7 is there.

Aeros .8 kernel should fix that. The stock cm kernel and .7 have low call volume.

i'm running rc3 runs pretty smooth, i don't see much difference from rc2 rc1 but i've only been running it a couple days now
I'm running RC3 as well with Aero's v10 kernel. There was one small difference that I noticed, but I honestly forgot what it was. I didn't see a changelog on the CM site where I d/led it.
Is there a setting to move the cursor with the volume rocker while texting similar to CM9?
An this will be locked, since there is already a thread for this.

I'm curious how this will work
I've been running it for about an hour now. Seems nice. It really is just the video improvement. Running 60 fps on quadrant and the overall use does feel snap pier.... could be placebo effect though. Other than that there is no real difference between this an cm9

Would be really nice. Love your kernel
I assume this is being released in sync with the CM9 releases based on the files listed? Is it safe to flash directly on top my official 6/8 CM9 nightly to upgrade?
just curious, but what are the benefits of using linaro for our devices? i have flashed this and it def feels a little smoother but idk if im just convincing myself to believe that

Is it possible to swap the icons on the navbar? That was the only real problem I ran into on Cna.
Downloading now, and will flash later.
Thanks guys :good:
Only thing I miss that it doesn't have is a torch toggle. Other than that I believe it's a very complete rom.
Edit: Can't change navbar icons yet. Bummer.
It would be nice to know what "mods and edits" mean.
