Apparently Sprint has released a non Jelly Bean update. I have been trying to get my phone to update but its not showing it. I have tried the Google Framework clear data and force stop and also restarting but no luck. How am I suppose to get the update?
Its supposedly been reported to be rolled out today 7/25 and go thru the whole wknd.

It's not a Jelly Bean update. It's another ICS update.
And you'll get it when your phone's selected to receive it.

I got a verizon nexus today and shortly after I got it I got a notificationp of a update which was the 4.0.2 well I kept choosing install later because I had heard that some of the problems didnt start till after this update. Problem is now when I check for updates it says my phone is up to date but it is still operating on 4.0.1 and I have tried a factory reset but the 4.0.2 update willl not show up. Is that going to be a problem and should I return this phone for another one ..

I saw this trick the other day. Open the phone dialer and type in *#*#checkin#*#* or the numeric is *#*#2432546#*#* and then try the system updates again in the settings menu like you were before.
As I understand it, this pings the server and more or less forces the update to poll to your phone. Only if you don't have the latest version. This I'm not 100% sure on all the information about the checkin call, but its worth a try.

Devices with android 3.1 and up have a check in button within the system updates page which does the same thing. The checkin code is not needed anymore.

I had a few apps to update and got a 981 error. I ended up clearing my gmail account and putting it back on my phone - this got around the 981 error.
I had 6 apps to update - for some reason 3 of them are stuck "downloading" for a few hours now. I've tried powering off and on my phone a couple of times but no success in getting the apps to download.
How did you update? Did you wait for it or force it with the framework?
I've had no issues. Clear your market data if you're having issues downloading apps.

I'm one who forced the VZW update of 4.0.4 by clearing the framework and I've had no issues with apps updating in the app store, including Google apps and others.
Google wallet started to work again after I did the update that was pushed out today.

I am also having this problem. Just pulled my 16GB model out of the box, took the OTA, and I am in a "need to update" loop.
Other things I've tried:
- Deleting data for the app
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the update
- Clearing cache from recovery
- Flashing the stock ROM (pre-OTA)
Even after backing off to the out of the box ROM, still in an update loop. Took the OTA again and still looping.
I'm new to the Samsung platform and NFC in general but I'm a bit aprehensive about rooting/flashing another ROM at this point because I don't want to brick the secure element. I would assume I am OK since there is no wallet profile (I can't load the app) but I am not sure if anything gets automatically created the first time you launch the app.
I'm about to call Google Wallet support to see if they can offer any advice.

Wow, Google support is quick to call back.
The Google Wallet support rep told me that the service is actually down for both the SGS3 and EVO LTE users right now. He had no ETA for when it would return.
I then asked him if I'd brick secure if I updated ROMs right now and he gave me the standard line about rooting is unsupported, etc. When I pressed him, he said the secure element should be fine since I have no profile created yet.
I don't think I'm going to trust him on that though
Can someone pm the like to the google wallet apk or the one the galaxy nexus forum is using?

I rooted then got the update loop, then deleted installed the apk via root brower and still a no go
I'm rooted on stock rom and I still get "google wallet is not yet available." Cleared all wallet data, cashe, and it still doesn't work. Not too happy

Re,
Weird, I have it on my HTC Sensation running ICS, on my Galaxy Nexus, but nothing on My Nexus 4 even after clearing cache and data for the Play Store and Google Services Framework then reboot...
So for those who have the update, something interesting in this update?
I just shared the info, but I think I'll do a manual update finally
But hey it doesn't matter...
Oooops sorry for the double post.

I see no changes, AP said under the hood stuff, My update came after an update on the score app.
Hey gang, I am wondering if there is a way to get the MB1 update without rooting. I keep trying to get it by manually pinging update firmware. But it is a no go. I have to stay Unrooted for a period of time but want the most recent firmware and after unrooting all I seem to be able to get to is LJ7. Thanks in advance!

Take it to sprint first thing they do before servicing is make sure it's updated with the latest. Just say your having trouble getting a signal.

Ok. I will try that. I was just in there yesterday becuase of a LTE/CDM a switching problem. They apparently didn't update it. I will go over there again though.

If your trying to get the stock update you can go to app manager and go into all and find google services frame work . click on it and clear data and force stop then go try the update samsung software. May have to try it a few times but it worked for me.
