Hey guys. I am using verizon Toro galaxy Nexus and I see lots of nice roms on maguro versions..
As I am a flash holic I want to try them, yet no idea how to port maguro roms into CDMA LTE toro..
Can Anyone direct some points for me?

Does anyone have the CodenameSammy ROM for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus?
Mrmad only has maguro and this other unnamed version of the ROM that won't flash on my GalNex, so I assume it's also maguro, just an earlier version. I got toro from that very site, though, hmm...

I haven't seen one recently, I believe there was on for 4.1.2
Rootbox I believe is the similar to PAC, which does have toro love.

Is it possible to flash a Verizon GNex (toro) ROM onto a Sprint GNex (toroplus) without breaking too much?
Also, what are the differences between the two ROMs that makes it so hard to port them? I though the only differences were the inclusion of the Sprint profile / PRL update as well as APN and MMS settings... is there a guide on porting ROMs between the phones somewhere?

Most of them are compatible( except the 4.3 ROMs) if you flash this script after ROM, before the gapps. I'm running toros version of Purity right now, have been for two weeks.http://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...Ms among Tuna Devices // 4.3 Support for toro

After long time away from my old samsung galaxy nexus , I was going to install new rom . I have selected 4.4.4. omni Toro , however , when i was going to install it i have ended up with an installation failure telling me that I'm using Maguro and this rom is Toro ..
Can I shift my devise from MAguro into Toro ?
What is the best Rom foe Maguro then ?

I fit says that your device is a Maguro one that means it is a GSM version, and the Toro one is the Verizon version also known as the LTE version. If you want to know for sure if your device is Maguro or Toro, install CPU-Z and go to the sytem tab, there should tell you if you are Maguro or Toro. Now to answer to your question? I think the best 4.4.4 ROM for GNex is ShinyROM. If you like your phone to look like it is stock,but to run the latest version, I suggest this ROM. If you like to customize your android, I recommend AOKP or Cyanogenmod.
