Flash the P49IMG.zip. We should pin one of these onto sticky so people don't keep posting the same thing.
I have then tried rooting my HTC Desire using SuperOneClick, Unlock Root and Unrevoked, but all of them have failed. It seems that they all try to install some drivers and fail and then cannot proceed. Does anybody have any ideas what I could try? Or maybe I can provide you with more info?

Temp root seems to be failing. That is usually due to a bad download and Antivirus or other soft eating the Zergrush file (used to temp root). check that in the tools/bin folder of the hack kit you have a file called zergrush. If that is not there, make sure that u disable all the protection software and then re download the Kit.

Main version issue is due to temp root failing...so, or your phone is messed or the Hack Kit download is flaw. Check that in the Tools>bin folder you find the zergrush file.
Yea its there.

My device is S-off, and after I upgraded my hboot my sensors started to fail and they are not recognized by the phone. I've been reading and downgrading is possible, but I didn't find any tutorial. Can you give me a hand?? Thank youuu
