My kindle fire is stuck at the default boot loader. Any help???
no custom boot-loader
no recovery
not sure if root installed properly because it froze while installing.
Thatks
@Josepho1997 I just did that and it still wasn't recognized bit since it wasnt done rooting when it froze I figured that I would try finishing it and it suddenly recognized it and finished root. Thanks I would never have tried that if you didn't suggest going into KFU. Thanks

Hey guys, I am pretty new at anything Android related and am in serious need of some help after several hours of struggling to revive my fire. Basically I took my stock kindle and installed a permanent root for the first time ever with the KF utility, after which I proceeded to install the latest TWRP Recovery using the same utility. Upon reboot after TWRP install, I immediately wiped the Dalvik cache and attempted to install the latest gedeROM build (26-6-2012). It seemed to flash ok, but on startup now the kindle will show the standard kindle fire logo, followed by the cyanogen 9 mod loading screen, at which it will stay in the animation forever, and never actually load up. Unfortunately in my noobness I did not realize that installing TWRP was not all I needed to do in order to achieve the option to boot into recovery mode every time, and now I cannot figure out how to once again get to that so I can install a backup of my stock firmware, which I did make. Is there a way to get the kindle into recovery mode without the ability to select that option when starting up? If I plug the kindle into my pc whilst it's stuck on the CM9 animation, the ADB status says online and has a boot status of 4000. When I attempt to send any commands to the kindle from the KF utility telling it to reboot into recovery, it just says waiting for device. I'm sure I just missed an obvious step along the way of the install, but I cannot seem to do anything with the kindle currently, so any help on reviving it would be fantastic!
OK as Far as I was concerned, I had rooted my Kindle, and I had installed TWRP and FFF
but then it didnt
so I tried reinstalling them both. Even thought he tool said I installed TWRP it wouldnt work, howver I Tried installing FFF again and this time my kindle wouldnt boot up it just stays at the normal "Kindle Fire" boot up screen
I have tried all the Unbrick Utilities and nothing is working.
The kindle turns on and stays for ever and ever INfinity on the boot up screen
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

So if I get a factory cable I should be able to unbrick it?
Hey my phone is stuck on the loading screen after i tried to root my phone, if im honest i had no idea what i was doing i was just following a guide i found online and just thought it would all go alright but sadly it went terribly wrong. what i did was unlock the boot loader uses the htc website that the guide directed me to which went smoothly then i went into fastboot mode and ran the file install-insecure-windows from the folder i downloaded called r3-endeavor-insecurebootandroot. my phone restarted and the just froze at the loading screen. i have tried to run recovery and i just get a red triangle and i have also tried a factory reset and that just starts to load and then resets and is still stuck on the loading screen.

Unlock your bootloader then install custom recovery then copy your new rom to a folder on sd card then install it and last flash the boot.img via fastboot. And next time don't use tool to root your phone. Now start reading how to unlock your bootloader via HTCdev.com then haw to flash recovery and then how to flash custom rom
So I was using the TWRP app and Flashed to boot by accident instead of recovery. So when I go to recovery mode I just get stuck on the amazon logo
when I boot normally it goes into a bootloop getting stuck on the amazon logo and rebooting every time.
my PC recognized it still but ADB cant detect it anymore.
Is there anyway to fix this or did i permanently break it?
