Try to fastboot erase cache and install TWRP again, or flash Philz recovery.
Can't mount storage has happened to some folks, and the above sometimes helps. Or you might need to re-format internal storage.

Setup fastboot on your computer. Connect phone by USB and reboot into fastboot mode.
Then its simply commands:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
(where recovery.img is the name of the custom recovery file).
If you don't know what any of this means, time for some research and basic learning.
You can try formatting the internal storage by connecting to a Windows PC, finding the device in Device Manager, and and formatting from there. But this doesn't fix the issue for everyone.
What's the partition type for data, system, cache for our devices?
My partition got corrupt and flashing firmware ends in an error of can't determine partition type.
Thanks

Does your phone start normally if you put it into fastboot boot mode then select boot normally?
If so follow this

If not make sure you are flashing the rom correctly
To reformat data type
fastboot erase userdata
I don't have this device so I don't know what they are originally formatted as but there shouldn't be any reason why you would want to change them
it really work!!
ThankĀ“s it really work!! you are awesome!! :good :victory:
