OK so I'm having a problem with getting the gallery to display anything. I have tried installing several different ROMs to include unrooting and restoring stock. The gallery just show hitting and I have pictures on their because other programs can see them. Also I have cleared data for gallery and still a no go.

I recently started having a weird issue in Chrome and Chrome beta. When i open multiple tabs, chrome only displays one blank tab at the top. Screenshot attached. I've had the issue across multiple ROMs and I've tried doing a fresh install (rather than using Titanium Backup). I couldn't find any threads with a similar issue. Any ideas?
Also, before you ask, the tabs are not in the recent apps section.
Have you tried clearing the app's data, uninstalling, and reinstalling?

Yep, I've tried that. No luck.
Is there any update to this problem because I have the same issue. How do you enable tab overview??
Try another version of chrome.

About 3-4 days ago my TW launcher started randomly crashing. I ended up going to the Google Now Launcher which crashes but less than TW. I'm sure there's an app not getting along with it but there is already an ongoing post about this issue.
I have a San Disk 64gb card in and photos are saved to there. Tonight I was getting ready to upload a picture from the gallery and when I opened it there no pictures to select from. I cleared the cache and reset the app, checked the settings to make sure scan device was enabled was checked and it is. I am able to open music and video from sdcard and apps no problem. I downloaded a 3rd party gallery app and it picks the sdcard photos no problem. Something is messed up with the gallery app. It still doesn't recognize pictures.
Anyone have this issue??

Its been going on with several of us. Most likely from the latest update of apps would be my guess. Im not an expert but this is when it began for me, also my wifes Note 4

For me deleting Facebook and restoring it to the original version that came with the phone fixed this issue
Well my gallery issues are fixed and I went back to TW. I cleared several apps. I also went into gadget Disabler and enabled bloatware reset the phone and then went into gadget Disabler again. I got rid of Allshare, Shealth, Chromecast, ATT Bloatware, SGear, and a couple widgets, Music, SMilk, Flipboard viewer. Everything else I left because I think some of the things that were picked messed up my Gallery and right now I have no lag so I'm pretty satisfied for now

Is anyone else who's using Instagram have issues when posting to stories or live videos on there? My screen is black when I open up Instagram stories to record a video or take a picture within the app. There are multiple people having these same issues. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache and data. I've even tried installing older apks of Instagram. Still does the same thing. I've checked all the app permissions amd battery saver options on my phone. I've also reported the issue to Instagram. From what I've seen, it affects people at random. Some have had the same issues with the Note 8 while some S8 users are fine. I can post pictures and videos to stories that are in my camera roll just fine.
I am not having the camera issue when I open Instagram Stories to take a picture or video. I can successfully do so. I have experienced force closes when opening the app or using groups. I am on the TMO variant S9.
Since its when you open the camera, maybe try clear data/cache on the native camera app.

That's what I was afraid of. It seems to be a random issue and not specific to this phone. I have tried clearing cache and data, rebooting phone, reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

It seems like the issues have been addressed and fixed through app updates.

Live Instagram videos still don't work on my Verizon S9. I always keep my apps up to date. I have sent Instagram several help requests.
Son got a S9 for Xmas. However on opening Google Photos it just crashes instantly. Can't open it at all. This is a standard UK S9. Pretty disappointing on a inbuilt app doing this from out of the box.
It seems to be a very common issue looking on web. Is this a Samsung problem or a Google, or Amdroid problem? and is there a fix yet anywhere?
Thanks

See if the Play Store has any updates available for it. Maybe its been fixed by Google. If not I'd guess maybe clearing the cache/data of the Google Photos app might help. If you press and hold on an app there should popup an option with "app info". From there there should be a storage option and once selected it should list how much storage is being used as cache and data. Try clearing the cache first and see if that fixes it. If not go for the clear data option.
Yeh tried all that. All up to date, tried restarting, clear cache etc. Looks like a wide ranging problem as well. Very frustrating, open brand new phone out of box and get this have to say, not impressed so far with Android.

Have you updated Android itself? Probably a couple of updates behind out of the box
Plus Android Pie is available for certain regions now, could always update to that using ODIN
I would also try factory resetting the phone if nothing else works
Also if you go to the apps info page and hit the 3 dots top right menu, there should be an uninstall updates button, it will revert back to the factory installed version of the app
Are you using Swift Installer?

Don't bother using Google photos especially to back up motion photos if your using that on the phone as it doesn't back them up properly and when restoring just gives back a normal photo just use the samsung gallery app until the photos app is working again.
Everytime I reboot my phone I get the error that this service has stopped. One thing I know it impacts is trying to share anything from apps, Chrome, etc.
Frequent contacts and apps used no longer appear at the top. Frequent contacts are gone completely. I have tried upgrading the version to the latest and greatest on apkmkrror, but the same thing happens. There is also no cache to clear for the app.
Anyone else seeing this or found a solution?

Did you try uninstalling updates for the app?
I did. I also tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling. Still getting errors.
