I need help. I have been a long time sense user, last one was runny rom. I tried to install mildwild, everything works good but the wifi can't really scan for an access point. i tried mildwind cm 4.6 and 5.0 stable, also mildwild oxygen 4.3 and all the time i get the same. i tried the tiamat kernel and nothing. Now i have been back in runny rom and it works ok. Is there any solution? I have posted the catlog and i don't know if there is something.

ive been useing WildMild 5.0 for ages & 5.1 for a few days & my wifi has been great as i dont use roaming just the wifi or a hot spot, so i hope you can srot out your problem as ive found WildMild spot on

man, it's a little confused...
you flashed revolution 4 and couldn't log into your account? what error did you get? so, after that, you did a full wipe, flashed cm7, install google apps, and even so you can't log in? is that correct? and again, what error it returns?
cm7 has a little battery drain problem, but at this point it has two sollutions that could be used, see in dev section.

#5 to fix problem in battery drain
but there were still some problems with my skype last night.
have you tried cm7 rc2 ever beefore?what radio did you prefer?

Since i can't ask a question in developer forums i will ask it in here..
Im using mike's ARHD 4.0 beta 4 for weeks now and it always worked perfect!
But since the last week or 2 weeks i'm having some issues...
like:
GPS can't find satallites or it takes a long time to finally find one.
When i open the market then it doesn't fully load the market and i get an error message like network connectivity failure.
it connects with 3g instead of H
I don't know what to do!, Full Whipe and reinstalling the rom didn't help...
could it be the Radio? im living in the Netherlands ( Holland ) and i use this radio:
26.03.02.26_M
don't seem to have these problems when i use 3.6 :S:S:S:S

Are you using the correct RIL for that radio rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1040986)
You could try RCMix HD 5.9.7, it has 2.3.3 and sense 2.1, or CoreDroid HD GB v5.4, both of them are really good gingerbread roms.
I ve tried one or Two Roms but they all seem to have Problems getting a GPS fix
just wondering if anyone uses GPS alot and knows of a working GB Rom

Can you tell me how to push this file like it mentions in the post.
Have been having problems with GPS since CM7 stable, never had problems with it before.

Could be just the rom. I know that some roms don't work properly for everyone. Just keep trying roms and if they all fail, then check to see if your GPS is actually working properly.
GPS is fine on InsertCoin A2SD V29
Using Ginger Villain 2.3 in combination with radio 32.56.00.32U_5.17.05.08 and HTC-Ril_2.2.1.1003G no problem with the GPS.
I had a problem with GPS freeze but tried some different radios and get a fix in 30 seconds....
I think ALL Gingerbread ROM has a working GPS..I've tried a lot of ROM and it always works.

Hello!
I just got my desire and put the MildWild CM-3.8 on. Everything is ok but GPS is not working at all. I can turn it on but there is no GPS sign in task bar in any app that is using it (Igo, sportstracker, gps status, z-device test)...
What to do?

I installed 3.7 and then 3.8 over and now it is working....
EDIT: Not solved I went running with app sportstracker and after 10 min the phone restarted. And started app again and it restarted again after 2 minutes...So there is something wrong with GPS in this ROM....
I will go to another ROM. Does anybody know if there is the same problem with MildWild V-3.5 Based on Oxygen 2.3.2 ?

I've had all latest Mildwild oxygen releases, and flashing the agps fix it all works.

I used fasterfix app on CM 3.7, and GPS works while running My Tracks and Runkeeper at the same time. Haven't tested CM 3.8 yet.

if your gps isn't working at all:
settings->location and security->gps source->use internal antenna
i know its preset on stock roms so many ppl dont think about it when using custom

I tryed out new MildWild V-3.6 Based on Oxygen 2.3.2 + GPS fix + new kernel 2.6.35.14_r4. Went running with sportstracker + music from stock player and there was no problem... This is realy great rom . Thx MildWild !
After flashing Blackout 3.1.0 i had none or very bad connection to the mobile network. I tried a lot of different ideas but it didn't worked. Mobile Network on Blackout 3.0.0 and ARHD 6.3.2 just worked fine on the same place.
Then i decided to update my radio from 26.03.02.26 to 26.17.14.11 (newest one jet).

But the RIL in the post above seems to be incompatible. I didn't found an compatible one for 26.17.14.11. Do i need one? Or is it integrated in Blackout 3.1.0? Network seems to be a bit slower ^^
It most likely has nothing to do with the radio. Anyhow, you don't need RIL. Just use the one with the ROM.

If you want Android 4 on your phone , use JellyTime , It's a 4.1.1 (JellyBean) and it's very smooth .... The best Rom up to now
