I d say i really like the REVOLUTION HD 4+,as i am lovin htc sense,
but after having failed several times when adding a google accont i intend to rty
cm7..( i can use the internet browser however)
i just cannnot figure this stuff out after trying flashing it over again and any
that i coud.
i ve heard that cm7 is battery-costing ?

man, it's a little confused...
you flashed revolution 4 and couldn't log into your account? what error did you get? so, after that, you did a full wipe, flashed cm7, install google apps, and even so you can't log in? is that correct? and again, what error it returns?
cm7 has a little battery drain problem, but at this point it has two sollutions that could be used, see in dev section.

tnanks guy ..i am now using cm7 rc2 and it runs quite smoothly.btw,i had flashed the
#5 to fix problem in battery drain
but there were still some problems with my skype last night.
have you tried cm7 rc2 ever beefore?what radio did you prefer?

Right Im running the LeeDrOiD V2.4.1 rom, first time with a custom rom.
Everytime I download and instal something the phone almost grinds to a halt and its impossible to use it while its installing the new app.
Is this got to do with the rom or is it because my etx3 partition 750mb?

Use starbust rom it is fast and stable and gives you internal memory of upto 2GB
Maybe I want to use Leedroid
Mine was doing that as well. I was previously using oxygen which was fast, but Leedroid 2.4 gave me unbareable lag at times. I have now switched to Lee's new gingerbread 3.0.2 rom and have found it so much quicker. May be worth a try?

Since i can't ask a question in developer forums i will ask it in here..
Im using mike's ARHD 4.0 beta 4 for weeks now and it always worked perfect!
But since the last week or 2 weeks i'm having some issues...
like:
GPS can't find satallites or it takes a long time to finally find one.
When i open the market then it doesn't fully load the market and i get an error message like network connectivity failure.
it connects with 3g instead of H
I don't know what to do!, Full Whipe and reinstalling the rom didn't help...
could it be the Radio? im living in the Netherlands ( Holland ) and i use this radio:

Are you using the correct RIL for that radio rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1040986)
You could try RCMix HD 5.9.7, it has 2.3.3 and sense 2.1, or CoreDroid HD GB v5.4, both of them are really good gingerbread roms.
Ive noticed that flash does not work correctly on phone after the update. I can see where the flash on the page is then it shows a little blue block... any fixes besides uninstalling the update

What rom are you running and have you tried installing the 10.2 version again. I've noticed alot of people are reporting the "blue block" problem with 10.3. Is it in the browser or an app?

I'm Running Sprint Lovers Latest ROM and I am now back on 10.2 and its working fine.. and I was having issues in the broswer...

I actually downgraded back to 10.2 myself man 10.3 crashes on me alot lol. It has weird issues man

where can i get 10.2 from,,, having same issues using fresh evo 2.2
im still using the original release of flash 10.1 (as far as i know) and im getting the blue block as well and cant install 10.3 for some odd reason, so where can 10.2 be acquired

I had the same problems with 10.3, it would buffer and rebuffer alot where as I go to the same site on 10.2 and the streaming is perfect no rebuffering every 20 secs.
i've been using 10.3 and things were fine when using the lastest FRESH rom. but I just switched to GingerAle and the browser FCs a lot when there is flash.

I don't have permission for posting in dev section so I'm asking my question here (yes,I did go through the forum n google to find a solution)
From the time I've started using custom roms,my camera app is not working properly. It crashes after 3-4 shots n my phone reboots. My phone freezes on the preview screen for a few seconds n then restarts. At first I thought its a rom issue but I've faced this same problem on reflex s,rcmix 2,leedroid 2.5 and SGBS and this problem never existed in the original rom.
What could be causing this? I'm using s off desire with 1gb ext partition (created using clockwork recovery screen)..

Did you do full wipe before install ROM ?
If not, please do so.
If yes, I don't know the answer.
You can try install default ROM and start all over again though.

I'm scared to try the stock rom as I don't know what my original country was as I bought my phone from the local market without any warranty...!

try the sense 2.1 camera - it should work. To be honest I never had this problem when trying those sense-based ROMs, so no other idea.
Try flashing a newer/different radio

I'm using sgbs rite now with sense 2.1 camera...before this I had rcmixs,reflex s,Lee droids...all had similar issue,some more than the other..
BTW off topic does anyone know how I can get only sense 3 weather on sense 2.1? And which is a good sense 3 rom with stock android lock screen working...as sense 3 lock screen n caller screen is kinda annoying!

I need help. I have been a long time sense user, last one was runny rom. I tried to install mildwild, everything works good but the wifi can't really scan for an access point. i tried mildwind cm 4.6 and 5.0 stable, also mildwild oxygen 4.3 and all the time i get the same. i tried the tiamat kernel and nothing. Now i have been back in runny rom and it works ok. Is there any solution? I have posted the catlog and i don't know if there is something.

ive been useing WildMild 5.0 for ages & 5.1 for a few days & my wifi has been great as i dont use roaming just the wifi or a hot spot, so i hope you can srot out your problem as ive found WildMild spot on
