How to restore Nand Backup

I need help to restore my Htc Desire.
Problem is:
Wiped all and made factory Reset. Now i have nothing on my sd card and on my Desire.
The Desire only boots to the htc logo.
I have my backup of sdcard and i have also a nand backup.
Recovery Restore nand backup will not work because there is no nand backup(no files) on my sdcard.
How can i restore it with the pc? Will it work with the sdcard of my friend with my files of the Desire and than just restore with recovery mode?
Sorry for bad english. Im german.
Use a card reader on a PC to retore the contents of the SD Card (or just the Nandroid backup) and then do Nandroid restore.

Can i get via adb the nandroid folder to my sdcard of the desire?
To do this [HOW TO] Perform a Nandroid Restore via the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) (modaco homepage)
I tried to do this "adb push updates.zip /sdcard/updates.zip" to get a custom rom on the Desire but it wont work ad:not found.
Ok now it works i typed "updates.zip" but with "update.zip" it worked.

[Q] Does nandroid backup sdcard?

Does the nandroid backup also backup sdcard.
I am about to format my sd card and I already saved what matters like photos and nandroid backups, but im wondering if anything goes wrong will the nandroid backup fix the problem or do I have to backup to my pc (which sadly doesnt have the space)
Nope, just the phone. If you app2sd then it will back up the ext partition that the apps are on but that about as good as it gets.
You could always back it up to a usb drive or dvd-rw if you have them.

[Q] Can not find CWM recovery file

I backed up my phone the other day by making a recovery file in CWM but when i went to restore it i couldnt find the file, it only showed old back ups from a previous phone on the sd card and not the one i had just made. It seems as if the recovery point was stored on the phone but I cant find it anywhere. Any thoughts?
What version of cwm are you running? And is it the same version you backed up with. The reason I ask is that 5.0.2.6 won't backup or restore to the phones internal storage, only an external microSD card. That version is whats currently packed with the Rogue v1.1.1 kernel so you won't see the internal memory option to backup or restore. You'll need to flash or Odin a different kernel or at least a different version of cwm to be able to restore from internal memory.
well i'm able to see the internal and external but i cant find the recovery file. one time after clicking on a install zip from sd card>then scrolling up and down then going to back and then to backup/restore, it just popped up..but i cant duplicate that

[Q] Won't restore Nandroid, and Bootlooping....

So I tried flashing a ROM through CWM 5 touch, and it began bootlooping, so I went to restore my backup but now it has moved all files on the sdcard and external sdcard, into a new folder "0" so now CWM won't restore the backup.
Help?

Restoring with TWRP help

How would you restore the internal storage from a twrp backup? Basically, I was on teamspr and was going to try out Renegade and read to be on PB6 firmware. Before flashing pb6 I made a twrp backup so i could restore personal data/app data. I restored the data partition but couldnt find my old files in my download folder so restored system partition and then it was back to teamspr but still no download files so before i create more work for myself which partition is it.
