Ever since i put jokawildv3 on on my phone and flashed doomkernel v14 _ wifi modules, 3rd party browsers havent been working properly. I installed boat browser, after a while using it, whenever I clicked on the icon, it would never load. I had to delete the cache and data (which got rid of my bookmarks, history etc) in order to get it to work but then the same thing happens... it doesn't load. so i installed dolphin browser HD and still the same problem. The stock browser works normally. I tried putting the 3rd party browsers in default mode (so the default browser would be boat browser or dolphin etc) and still the same problem. Right now, im using boat browser mini and so far it seems to be good but has anyone had this problem?

My Desire has stopped working with the regular browser. I am on ATT and before the update it was working fine. Now, whenever I try to browse, it says "Access to this URL has been blocked." Funny thing is, all the applications work on the Edge and the browser works fine on WiFi.
Opera Mini also works on Edge. I dont know what to do. I want to use Flash 10.1
Called ATT and they were of NO help. Please Help!
bump .

I know...that's what I was wondering...however, opera also uses proxy...so idk...thanks for your response tho =) but i'm stil very ='(
I am no expert but usually u can try to clean all cache and history stocked on your browser.
And I would recommend you to use dolphin browser HD (free on market) because stock browser has become much slower after the 2.2 update.
But I think the problem lies within the connection settings.

Okay, at first i thought it was the custom ROM i was running, but I've tried both Blazer and FreeGS3, as well as going back to stock, but i can't get Netflix to work. Oh, the app loads, but i can't log in to use it because no text shows when i try to type my login info.
The second problem is that there are a few websites that i can't access from my GS3, but work fine from my GS2. The 3 clearly isn't handling some cookie or other security setting properly, preventing logins on these particular sites, but I'll be darned if i can figure out how to fix it.
Edit... I have found these sites work with Opera as the browser. Opera asks for a security exception but the other browsers (stock, Firefox, Dolphin) don't, despite setting being the same as far as i can tell.
Netflix still doesn't work, though.
Any ideas?

The browser just became really really unstable, i have a lot of force closes and such. Do any of you experience this as well?

I don't have this problem. Do you have Adobe Flash installed? Try disabling that or uninstalling it to see if the browser gets better. Last resort would be to clear thhe data/cache (doing so will erase all your user settings though).
It seems to be hardware related, i instaled browser2ram and now everything is fine
*edit*
I cleared data too and it didnt help

Maybe your device went in OOM condition and killed the browser you were using :/
How is your ram usage?
Since I got my tab s 10.5 inch, I always had a problem with the YouTube app saying tap to retry and I would have to tap it a few times just to get a video working. I have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it only works for one video then it does it all over again. I have also uninstalled, remove cache and all that and nothing. Factory reset doesn't change to. My router is fine as YouTube works perfectly for them. Any suggestions? I have also tryed vpns but they always m ake my connection unstable and all over the place. Thanks!

Knowing this is an older thread I am going to bump it in hopes that someone will have an answer because I am having the same problem. I have noticed that if I go to m. youtube. com through my browser there is no problem. I primarily use Chrome and the Stock browser.
