Has anybody had any problems with their ringtone/notification sound to work?
Reboot.

I had rebooted and even re-flashed the rom. Just wanted to know if it was just me or other people are having the same issue as well and if there's a way to fix it, please help.

I was running Nils Gingersense 2.3.3 and I was having problems answering phone calls. When I would get an incoming call, my screen would freeze and I couldn't drag the ring to answer the call. It would stay frozen until after the call went away and I got the missed call notification. I tried posting in the Android Development thread for that particular ROM but it wouldn't let me post there so I am trying in here. Does anyone know what would cause that issue or how to fix it?
Try reinstalling the ROM, or another ROM.

I tried reinstalling a couple of times. I have not found the same problem with Skyraider though.

Try replacing his modded phone.apk with the stock unmodded one.

I think the unthemed phone.apk is in the thread for his 2.1/3.0 mix. You could also ask if he's got it or can point you to a file from another ROM (i.e. the OTA release) that will work.
He's pretty responsive on the 3.0 thread, and just updated that ROM yesterday.

Hey all! Weird situation, for some reason my xloud won't stay on. I click it and go back then into sounds again it's unchecked (and allot quieter) anyone have any ideas before I reflash? I'm running zeros ROM with doom kernel. It's been working for about 3-4 Weeks flawless so I have no idea what the deal is. Thanks!!

Well I've found it takes a reboot for it to sound its loudest when you uncheck then recheck it. Is that the problem?

It maybe installed equalizer app in your phone. If you have any equalizer app in your phone, uninstall it. (im Turkish guy... sorry for my english.)
My phone never vibrates, ever! I'm currently running TNZ Blend 2.6.0 with Rouge "Gunslinger" kernel, and ICS for Blend theme. I've gone to menu> sound> vibrate and selected always and played with settings in all of my apps. Not even haptic feedback is working. Nothing is working. Trying to find out if the problem is in a setting I'm not looking at, or a mod in the ROM. Hoping I don't have a bad motor.
Someone please help!

Probably the motor like you think. Another guy had reported the same thing in the first couple pages on the blend thread. Read through it and see if its the same.
Try going back to stock ROM, and tell me how that works? Second, the others may be right...your vibrate motor could be shot...but I doubt it...

I'm going to check it out, just reverted to an old backup of another ROM and vibration works so, I know its not the motor now. Its either the ROM or something in my settings.
Going to try a data wipe to see if that helps.
OK, I wiped everything and flashed Blend v1.4, re-flashed v1.6.0 and everything seems to be running fine now.
Not sure where the problem came from, must have just been a bad flash. Well, if nothing else, maybe this thread will be helpful to someone else.

Hahah, yeah, I'm running 2.6.0. Probably going to download 2.6.1 later today since I'm off work.

I just flashed liquid rom rc8 with the 4.2 transformation add-on to Samsung Galaxy S3.
Under settings>display>notification light I've enabled it, tried different custom values.
I have battery light enabled as well. But the LED's just don't work. I've tried wiping clean 3 times and re-flashing, it still doesn't work.
WEIRD THING is when I click the test button and turn off the screen, the LED's will work according to the custom values I tried. But if it's not under test mode, it doesn't work at all. This has been bugging me for days!
I've never really had to post a question because I've always been able to search for the right answers somewhere. I can't even post this question under the development section because I just created this account and they need me to post 10 posts first...... -_-
But nobody has this same issue as me?
Reboot to get them to work?

cm ROMs will have little bugs here and there... not sure if i or anybody can help you out here without any conclusive data
try wiping data and reflashing the rom. It should work.
With just about any ROM I've tried, DEAD TRIGGER and SHADOWGUN have this weird issue where when I start walking, the hand will start to ghost around or move around in "Drunk-Vision".
Has anyone else had this issue? Any way to fix it?
this is a known issue for the developers. Sprint latest JB is the cause..
you could try any of the rom in the Sprint Galaxy S III Original Android Development section and most should work.. I know for a fact that the PARANOIDANDROID Rom works..
Hope this helps..

Did you try clearing data in app manager? I had this problem when installing a custom JB rom on my Verizon GS3. Clearing data solved that problem for me.
I had a similar issue on a custom ROM, I was able to fix it by going to settings/developer options/disable HW overlays. give it a try.
