I'm running the latest gummy rom and the Bluetooth isn't working correctly. It won't send or receive anything at all. You can see the device and others but nothing will transfer. Does anyone have the same issue?

I might sound a bit noob here. Well I upgraded my Imate JasJam to Windows Mobile 6.1 using the ROM of Herme 100, everything is fine so far but I cannot figure out about the bluetooth settings as I am unable to receive any file from bluetooth.
I have enabled in beam to receive all incoming beam as well but whenever I try to send a file from another device on my phone, I do not receive any notification on the phone about incoming file or anything. I have also added the phone in paired devices in bluetooth settings but everything is in vain.
Please tell me what to do
I had the same issues with many roms. I could always connect to my in car hands free and a bluetooth earpiece but could never use bluetooth for anything else.
I always thought my bluetooth had a hardware issue until I just recently used CRC 13.3 rom, I can now use bluetooth beaming and the like. Works like a treat.
I really wished I could have got Binky11's rom to work with my bluetooth as that had bluetooth printing and more..
Sorry I can't help more.
cheers,
isnt there any cab file for bluetooth? Or will I have to find some ROM instead? Or can you provide me with the ROM you are using plz?
What rom are you using?

Hi all
I've searched for this issue on the forums but can't find anything that addresses my particular problem. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions.
I'm running CM 7.1.0 stable on my HTC Desire GSM and all is well - all except bluetooth. I don't seem to be able to pair with any devices.
The particular device I'm trying to pair with at present is a PLT BB903+ headset. I know the device works fine since I was able to pair with it when I was running stock Sense and I can pair with it using my wife's BlackBerry without any issues.
The device always appears in my list of found devices, whether it's in pairing mode or not, and even if it's switched off. I've wiped my Bluetooth pairing data using Titanium Backup but it still appears there as "Paired but not connected". Trying to connect fails but no error message appears. Unpairing then repairing has the same result - failure, no error message, and the next time I scan for devices it still appears as "Paired but not connected".
I've installed "Bluetooth File Transfer" from the Market as suggested elsewhere. When I attempt to pair using this I get the message "Pairing operation was aborted by user".
Any thoughts? Anyone had similar issues, resolved or otherwise?
Miz.

I wish someone could reply on this..... I have the same problem. Is it an issue with the Radio??
appreciate any help
There sometimes is a Reset-Button on under the Panel. Take it off and see if there is something.
i`m on 7.1.0 and my bluetooth works fine pairing with an alpine CDE-133BT.
But i have a different Issue:
a crackling and swishing noise in the background as soon as the bluetooth-channel opens for a2dp... with loud music it`s not hearable but with soft and quiet music it`s so annoying!
tried cm7 stock kernel, different Manu`s and Tiamat`s and i flashed the latest Radio... I think i try a different ROM... let`s see...
I just flashed AOKP last night and then flashed the latest FC18 kernel as provided in the thread.
My phone is unable to find any bluetooth devices now. I had it paired up to my car but it won't find it, says "No bluetooth devices in range". I also tried clearing the pairing out of my car's interface.
Is anyone else having this problem? For reference, I have a 2011 Kia Forte SX Tech.
have you tried it with someone elses phone just to see if its your car or your phone with the issue?
It's able to find my Evo View. It's strange, it connected fine when I was on Calk's 2.8.1 ROM but now that I'm on AOKP, it won't find my car at all. My fiancee's Evo finds it just fine.
I have Galaxy NEXUS yakju, otad stock 4.1.1 stock everything. But every time I try to connect to my platronics k100 it doesn't show on the list. I have to reboot both devices several times before my gnex sees the platronics. I then go to pair the device but I get cannot connect to pk100 either wrong pin or passkey. I cannot find away to enter a passkey. I tried clearing the Bluetooth cache to see if that helps but nothing. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have a fix? Could this be because of the new radio that dropped? I never had this issue with ICS.
I'm also stock 4.1.1 GNex. I had perfect BT behavior with several devices with ICS, now have a problem with my car's built-in BT hands-free phone (2007 BMW 328). Pairing is fine. About every other phone call I'm told they can barely hear me over the noise but my audio is fine. I've paired and unpaired, and I did a complete wipe before installing JB. Very frustrating since everything worked great with ICS. Also no problems with 2 other BT headsets and connecting to 2 different PCs via BT.
Hello,
Did either on of you find a fix for this?
Thanks in advance
Bluetooth Connectivity Problem
I Am Not able to receive files via bluetooth In my G-NEX
When SOmeone tries to send it it shows "Content Not supported" when it was sent from HTC ONE X And Display that "Transfer Complete " when tried from HTC ONE V
Please help me with the problem!!!
I have a question, my head unit in my car doesn't appear to like the stock LG Bluetooth. I get all sorts of disconnects and other issues but when using a cm rom it works flawlessly. Is it possible to copy the Bluetooth drivers ( and whatever else I may need) to a stock based rom? I'd be willing to be a guinea pig and if someone just has a list of files. I'll just copy them over and see what happens.
Thank someone in advance
