+1 the reason your getting fc is do to data corruption. The reason you have data corruption is cause of the teather causing you to reboot. I have titnaum backup scheduled to back everything up at 3am just for this reason. I get corruption I restore the backup from the night before and all is good.
As far as teather causing problems have you flashed the fix?

I applied the tether fix, still had FC issues...ended up uninstalling it and re-installing the Wired Tether For Epic from another post (Dont' have the link handy) to finally get it working...but other than that (And the rather bobo bootanimation {Which can be replaced!}) I've not had a single issue so I agree with the other...Odin back to stock and re-download and try again, cause it surely does work. Best ROM out there at the moment!
I have Rom tool box pro

i used to use mybackup root, they have an option just to save and restore those, i remember there was a glitch in one of the updates several months back, but i assume that should be fixed now. The glitch was that i couldn't delete the messages i restored. I know weird. lol
I use Titanium for both.

I've had my GS4 since Monday, and I'm loving it. Now that I've played around with it for a couple days, it's time to debloat it! I've done it once before already, but I must have deleted an app that was important, because i kept getting force closes every 5 minutes. I've already searched the forums, and haven't seen that anyone has posted a list of "Unnecessary" stock apps.
If anyone knows of a thread with that info, please direct me!
Just use Kies to recover back to original. Under tool setting.

I'm wondering if any body is experiencing a notification issue/bug like me. I never receive the push notifications like I'm supposed to. I've noticed this happening with instagram, snap chat, twitter, and Facebook so far.
My brother, who has the same phone, receives notifications from instagram immediately. We're on the same wifi too.
I have no idea what's interfering with my notifications.
Can someone please help?
I've even tried flashing a custom rom and kernel. I think it's one of the things I've restored from titanium backup.
Should I try wiping data? Will it mess with my roms, or just all of the data I have on it (like apps and accounts)?

i am looking for a solution for this as well.
i could narrow the issue down to titanium backup.
wiping the data of the app (via settings not titanium) is enough to get the notifications back. but restoring the data again with tb leads to some weird inconsistent effects.

I sometimes get all of the notifications at one random time, and then it just stops.
I've tried uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it. Nothing seems to work for me

Try reseting app preferences,
Settings/ application manager/choose all /hit menu/reset app preferences.
After you apply titanium backup update... everything is haywire. Usually that fixes alot.. normally youll receive a notif in from RED from titanium backup saying phone reboot recommended.
Just a idea to try

Kinda like clearing cache and resets them to original state, cleares bugs out.
Trust me it does good over harm, its a common practice .
It helps out when apps and market act funky.

Here's a fix: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2326617
Ok so i was running the note 2/3 rom I forget what it's called and my phone was randomly rebooting itself. So i wiped everything did a factory reset and went to install my old apps and i kept getting this stupid error when stuff from the market went to install. The same exact apps that were running on the same exact rom. So then i got fed up and wiped everything and installed the sks mk4 rom and I still have the same issue. What is going on with this?

Did you wipe the internal sdcard?

I found a little trick on the interwebs. Open up TB. Once it finishes loading, hit the menu key. Select batch operations. Scroll down and select the orphan data choice. Fixed me up a few times.

Well try the titanium backup method mentioned hopefully that will help. When changing roms it is alwats best to wipe your internal sdcard to avoid these kind of issues.

I had this last week. Couldn't get gmail to install, then a different app. Since I was using philz, there wasn't a fix permissions. If you're not using that recovery, try fixing permissions. If you are, use the app rom toolbox lite to fix it.
Ok so the titanium backup method worked as far as I can tell. Everything has installed since I did that. Now my problem is for some reason xda app keeps disappearing. The icon stays on my home screen but disappears from my app drawer. When I click on the shortcut on my home screen it tells me app isn't installed. Then I have to go to play store re install it and click the same shortcut and it opens
