einstan.frat is banned so he has removed all of his roms and kernels from WFS forums. So i'm uploading his kernels.
All credit goes to einstein.frat
NOTE
All these kernels are for "GingerBread"(GB) and they would NOT work with "ICS" and "JB" roms.
Order of the kernels:
1 Cake kernel v0.9 [OC upto 820 MHz]
2 Dust kernel v8.8 [OC upto 825 MHz]
3 Cake kernel v1.2 [OC upto 806 MHz]
4 Dust kernel v9.0 {OC upto 815 MHz]
5 Cake kernel v1.4 {OC upto 806 MHz]
Thanks m8 I've been waiting for some cake

don't know why he decreased the max value.
which of these kernels is the best performance wise?
I think dust kernel is best performance wise but I don't use it because my phone doesn't get into deep sleep with this kernel due to which battery drain quickly.
I use cake 1.2 it is good for both battery and performance.
Performance-wise, definitely Dust. But Cake is a lot more stable, and battery-efficient.
HTC Wildfire S.
HTC Trophy.
Samsung Focus.
Personally, I'd say cake 0.9. Having tried all of them

Also, on the S-OFF thread, he posted some nasty things. I replied back to him in defence of the campaign. I then reported him. The mod dealt with the situation, deleted our posts, and then put a warning on his account. That's why the mods didn't warn him and banned him

you guys are saying cake 1.2 & cake 0.9 are good for both battery and performance , but a little question here does these kernels work with CM7 ? !!
No,they are only sense
There are others for cm7 in cm7 threads...

Impressive work from the RCMix folk! And even more impressive is HTC working on ICS this early on in the game..
Hmm..this is very interesting..Can someone pull it to dropbox and share it with me? I'm interested in seeing if it can be ported, but can do it only in middle of Feb..

One would simply (it's not so simple ) have to resize each and every m10 to our resolution. More important are lib files..
Even the CPU would be having different drivers..Some amount of kernel modification too would be required..Anyway, we already have Sense 3.5..It's Android 4.0 with Sense that's exceptional in this Sensation release
and all the great devs are invited to this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1405337

-- SGX Video Acceleration (in principle, it was available in kernels after 2.6.35, while CM7 has stuck on 2.6.32);
-- DSP, a (better) support is offered in kernels after 2.6.38;
-- Better OMAP Frame Buffer drivers (omapfb): for the Beagleboard development platform they talk in favor of using more software-optimized driver based on NEON extensions, than a SGX hardware accelerated renderer (fbdev).
(info from elinux.org on Beagleboard Debian)
There you go folks...google for further info..

There will be no prise for the winner. Just pride .
So go ahead! Go download Antutu from Google Play if you haven't already, and come show the others who's boss!
I wish you all good luck .

Dust kernel.

We can have a kernel to go to that speeds but it do nothing but fry your processor...........or at the very least reduce its life
Also you battery will run out in like 3 hours

Naaah, if someone managed to make a stable enough kernel for that frequency, our cpu'd probably melt ^^

I guess it works on older device though. Our One X is high end phone so that's why it become placebo. My HTC Desire take this app very seriously. Haha.

If you do some thorough searching you'll find that it does nothing except force your CPU on higher frequencies and thus making it give extra performance at the expense of battery life.
Also the N7 is using a kernel on stock ROM, while the One X's kernel is a Sense kernel and might not benefit from the changes in this apk.
