When i set up the sequence lock on my Play, before that there is the lockscreen and only then i have to unlock the phone through the sequence. Is there a method to disable the lockscreen and when i press the power button to go directly to the screen of the unlock sequence? Or is there any lockscreen app that allows to unlock the phone through a combination/password/sequence?

Hi I have a BA with a non functional touchscreen which I will fix later however I will use it without the touch screen for a while first. Two Issues..
1) when I reset the device how do I bypass the screen alignment screen as obviously I cant tap the screen?
2) When I get into the device how do I unlock the screen without using the touchscreen - in other words what buttons / sequence do I use to unlock the device when I inadvertantly lock it ?

I think after you tried it a few times false it asks you for your google ID and password.

in my phone, when you put pattern lock, you would be asked for a security question.. you may try pressing "forgot pattern" in the lockscreen to answer that security question to unlock your phone..
you can take the batery off, boot in to CWM, do the factory reset, and flash your room again
Guys iam using b507 and i see a new theme on theme center. I Download and apply it then when lock the screen i cant unlock it i did a restart but no luck :S
The lock screen is not compatible with our screen resolution. You'll need to change the lock screen of the theme.
Also, to unlock, just pull down the notification bar, go into settings, and your phone will be unlocked.

I was trying to get into the recovery screen/mode by turning on my phone and pressing the up/down volume key but it doesn't go into recovery. It just boots up as 'normal'.
But when I try to enter my pin code it doesn't recognise it, hence doesn't unlock. And yes, the pin code is definitely correct.
What do I do!!!??......................other than a hard reset.

PS. the bootloader can't be unlocked. If that's any help?
I've sorted it.
Apparently whatever I did with the button sequence it had disabled the Xposed Framework. All is OK now.

is there any way to auto skip the unlocked bootloader spalsh screen without need to press power button
i ask because i set up the phone to auto restar in sunday and if i not press the button the phone wiil not boot
or if for some reason the phone restart itself in my pocket a will not receive important calls probably
