When I send a PM, i get stuck on "Processing". The PM sends, but Tapatalk does not register this, instead i get the "Processing" loading symbol. I have to go back, and confirm discard message, to remove the Processing symbol.
Other forums are fine.
Thanks

Someone sent me a PM and I tried to reply, however, I noticed it's now sitting in my "Outbox" rather than in my "Sentbox". When I open my reply message, I don't see any button that says "Send". Is the system on some sort of timer to send it out, or am I doing something wrong?
If you have opened the message, clicked reply, composed your reply then hit submit, it should be sent, however i have noticed that messages I send tend to sit in the outbox until collected by the recipient, then marked sent.
Hello
I have the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and have noticed a warning sign appear in my messages.
Does anyone know what it means or how to get rid of it?
Anytime I have had a warning sign it was due to a failed sent message. That is in Handcent messaging though, not to sure about stock.
Means the same thing in stock messenger. A message failed to send.

As has been said it's a failed message, it should disappear on it's own when it auto sends the message when it gets signal again. If it doesn't, you can always go into the thread and just delete the message and try again.
Thanks.
I'll take a look. It may take a while though but I guess I could just wait until the thread gets round to auto deleting it.

This.
And you can resend the message by clicking on the warning icon. It will automatically enter the failed text into the text entry box allowing you to send it again.
So, I grab my phone a few minutes ago....and there's a notification saying message not sent. I click it and its to anonymous...no phone number, with no message text. Then it just booted me to my handcent main screen that shows all my conversations.
Now there is no sign of it. No drafts or anything.
Anyone ever encountered this? Gonna run ad-detector to see what spam apps it finds.
Sent from my cell phone telephone....
Sometimes when I am sending a text message, I'll compose the message and hit Send. Hours later, I will come back and the phone is still trying to send the message. I'm not talking about a failed sending of the message, the phone is still trying to send the message. The circle just spins and spins.
If I delete and re-send the message, or send another message, it usually fixes the problem. Restarting the phone flushes all of these hanging messages out and successfully send them.
My wife has the same phone (different color), with the same software, stock and root, and hers does this as well. We have both tried several text message apps, and they all do this.
Any idea as to what could be causing this or how I might fix this?
Thanks much!

This will be an APN settings error. As they can vary quite often I would recumbent you just call your network, explain your issue and i'm sure they will send through the APN settings in a Text Message. Very easy and painless process, the worst thing about it is waiting on hold!
