This is my story. I had HTC Desire and I'm driving a car a lot, so I spent 50 euro to active car holder (CU-S420). But after I changed phone to Sensation and guess what, another 50 euro for new holder (the old one not fit), is pretty annoying isn't??
But it don't have to be like this.
HTC making THE SAME car holder for several phones, only thing is diferent is a plastic plate which holding phone in place. This plate can be very easy removed (it have to be pressed gently downwards) and exchanged with plate fitting other phone. Cost of piece of plastic is nothing compare to whole car upgrade pack.
But there is one problem, I cannot find where I can buy just a plate, HTC not selling them alone. Maybe somebody knows any company where I can buy it?
Or maybe someone have a plastic injection machine in the basement and can make that kind of plates...
So far I've found, list of HTC Car holders which are the same, just using diferent plates:
CU-S400 Desire HD and HD2
CU-S420 Desire
CU-S460 Incredible S
CU-S470 Desire S
CU-S490 Sensation (XE)
CU-S520 Evo 3D
CU-S570 Velocity4G
CU-S600 Titan
There is some photos of my holder for Sensation, I can put in OneX and it's fit if I could have the right plate

I know here in the states I hade to buy a a whole new home dock for my 3D after buying one for my 4G. This is one of 2 places where iPhone and iPad beats Android hands down. They have the best peripherals because they have a consistent interface for them. In Android you cannot even get the same manufacturer to keep a consistent design among phones from the same company even. Motorola kind of did it with same generation phones and their lapdocks. But the second gen dock did not support the original Atrix.
You are right in your case that this is simply solved. Why not include the 3 or 4 plastic inserts on this car dock so that you can at least use it with whatever design you need.
I would try to reach out to HTC if it is first party, which it sounds like it is,and see if they can point you where to find the additional inserts. You never know they may just send them to you.

I use this rubber skin to keep my phones finish looking new. Also, I found this vent mount at an auto parts store for $8.99 USD. Works very well! And You can also see the control module for my Parrot CK3000 behind the steering wheel.

Here's another shot of just the mount.
I hated vent mounts until I saw this one. Usually they look big and clunky, taking up a lot of space. But this one is very low profile. And when i'm not using GPS, I can easily remove it and fold the clamp flat to put it away. It's called Type S. Got it at Pep Boys if anyone is interested.
Also, the Parrot CK3000 is just awesome! It works so well I bought a newer version for my wifes car to use with her wizard. I highly recommend this kit if you like a clean look in your car. The new ones are all black and are less than $100 USD on Amazon.
And lastly, I've been using this rubber skin I got from EBay for about $10 USD for about 7 months. It's very nice. The only problem is that the scroll wheel is a little more difficult to use but the scroll ball does the same function. It's a little thick but it still fits snug into the OEM HTC holder that comes with the phone. It has really protected my phone well. I've dropped it a couple of times but I don't even have one scratch on my phone after about 8 months of ownership. I highly reccommend it if you don't mind the extra thickness. For me it wasn't a big deal because I have big hands and it actually makes the device easier to handle now. It was too small without the skin for me. Just wanted to share this for the archives.
please, shop in ebay?
Is your HTC P3300 battery running out of life quickly or will it not start-up at all? The battery life of your HTC P3300 Mobile is limited like any other device containing rechargeable batteries. The battery capacity of the HTC P3300 Pocket PC drops every time you use it.

New Cars
Hi
Car Accessories is looking beautiful but actually there is one problem that is i don't know about how to drive a car. So exactly i don't know this car is cheap or costly.
Those were nice car accessories that you have for your P3300. I hope that you are having a good time using that accessory and maybe in the future, you can find one again that will definitely suits you.
That subject line sounds almost kinky... Lol. Anyway, before I get off-topic, I just got a cover for my Elf from eBay. Unfortunately, it isn't the best quality, but for what I paid ($9.99 excl postage) it was definitely worth it. With currency conversion and shipping to SA, it came to about R120 where as a local equivalent would be close to R300.....
Anyway, the front flap folds down, hinged at the bottom behind the USB connector, and with a clip that goes over the top of the speaker and over to the back. The clip, however, is not in the right place and so it's very tight. I don't have a camera handy, but here is an image of what the cover looks like:

(please excuse the 'eWWT' name on it, this image is from an eBay listing by Easy World Wide Trading)
I'm thinking about trying to remove the clip that goes over the top in favour of having either two small magnets or two small pieces of velcro to hold the flap shut. Only thing is, either way it would need to go on the front above the screen, one in each corner.
What I'd like to know is this, are those small magnetic pads on the belt pouches (where you must remove the device to use it) strong enough to cause a problem being that close to the device all the time? Another thing to keep in mind is I only have one arm thanks to a motorbike accident, so having a tight clip around the back makes things difficult..
I have a similar Leather case even I would like to know whether the magnet at the back side cause any battery drain or harm the speakers anything..pls Reply
The price is attractive, but the outlook and the design looks outdated

Lol.. Leooooooo, this is a rather old thread... In the end I just cut the flap off and I use it like that. May be considered an 'outdated design', but it's practical and I like it. Still using the same pouch today and I'm happy with it.

I doubt they would have anything for the Galaxy Phones since the Jack and USB connection in that case is normally on the TOP of the phone (like the Captivate)
You'd have better luck modding and building your own. Considering the phone doesn't do upside down portrait at all oddly. I doubt it would be nearly anything like the iPod style docks since Apple did have the brilliance (the few times I do give them a compliment) of putting their major connector on the bottom of their mobile and portable products.
Although should such a product exist, I would be interested in seeing such thing maybe even purchasing one.

Mine does upside-down portrait just fine. (Though I think I'm quoting the wrong post, since I don't see the upside-down statement in your post.) (Nevermind, I see it now. Good, I am quoting the right person.) You have to go in display settings and enable 180-degree rotation or something like that. Some roms don't have that option, though so YMMV.
Samsung has done some good horizontal desk docks for it (once you register your captivate with samsung, it shows you a crapload of nice accessories) so it probably wouldn't be too hard to make one.
Easiest design would be to buy one of the horizontal desk docks, a small 3.5mm speaker set from Radio Shack, and drill a small hole in the dock to plug them in, then attach the speakers to the dock.
Could be done for under $50 if you use the Samsung official dock, way less if you use one from ebay or amazon.
Get the kind that is just an empty drawer and a headphone cord. Phone's right side up and you've got speakers.

NEW RELEASE] RINGKE SLIMĀ® Google Nexus 5 Case [BETTER GRIP] [SF BLACK] SUPER SLIM + SF COATED + PERFECT FIT Premium Hard Case Cover for Google Nexus 5 [AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Unlocked, ECO Package
iOttie Easy View Universal Car Mount Holder for iPhone 5/4S and Smartphone - Retail Packaging - Black
The magenets were just not strong enough in my opinion to handle the bumps I would encounter on the road. I drive an older Jeep Wrangler, it has a very "active" ride and the bumps can be a bit interesting.
So I did some cutting to take off the top of the case so that it is only being used as a ledge to support the Nexus while mounted. Combined with the magnets this provides enough "bump resistance" for me.
I took the front plate off the iOttie and trimmed the back plate down to fit the back of the Wireless Charger. I made it kind of stealthy as you really cannot see the back plate as it hidden behind the locking ring.
It is all held together by SuperGlue and happy thoughts.
Now I just need to find a car lighter plug / cord to power the charger and combined with Bluetooh I will never need to mess with cords while in my car again!

Very cool.
Are those screw holes on the bottom of the charging pad assuming you removed the sticky silicon foot? Did you get a chance to peek inside the charging pad?
Thanks. The screws are hidden under the sticky foot indeed. I didn't take it apart. Thought about it, but decided that I would pass. Hasn't anyone done a breakdown of one of them yet?
Looks good.
How hard was it to take the plate off the front?? Are the magnets really not good enough to hold??

It was a struggle to take apart the iOttie. It is a really well put together car mount.
The magnets might be good enough to hold in a regular passenger car, but not my Jeep Wrangler no. The suspension is too rough and some road bumps can be a bit... fun. Like that dime I ran over the other day. I think it was minted in 1956. The ones from that year are brutal. Surprised I did not break something!
I already got the HTC 10 coming and need a good belt pouch. Sorta like this: http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/ZlAAAOSw~bFWQ4JH/s-l500.jpg Nothing fancy. Only problem is, the sides block the headphone jack, which for the HTC 10, is in the middle... That causes problems, as I'd like to listen to music while I carry the phone.
I've already tried searching on google, looked through amazon and ebay, and can't find something like this. I would like a pouch, not one of those bulky cases that attach the phone to the belt. Also, horizontal pouch is highly preferable.
If anyone knows where I can find one like that, please help a nendo out. Thank you!

I'd imagine any other holster/item from this seller for the HTC One M9 would work just as well with the HTC 10.
EDIT:
Just an added BTW:
If you select one of this sellers items, you'll wanna check to see if the holster will accommodate a case, that is,if you're gonna use a case.
Most items are custom made for use w/o a case, you may be able to get by using a backless bumper,or the absolute slimmest of cases.
The close fit is to ensure security within the holster,I imagine,so,best to take overall dimension measurements (LxWxH & thickness) when inquiring.
Use a right angle headphone adapter, preferably one with short cable to separate Jack. I think there is room in that case, end to end for the angled plug.
