Hi
As far as I don't have much space on my phone's memory I moved many apps to my memory card , but when I turn off the phone and then turn it on, icons on apps referring to memory card have disappeard. I know it's an android honeycomb matter but I'd like to know if is there a way to solve/bypass this problem
In 4.2 has been solved or still there ?
Thanks , you're a great help for us newbees

Re: Rayman Ultimate Crashes
Hey all,
I've been experiencing a problem with this game on both wm2k3 roms and wm5 roms which makes me think it's either a device issue or an actual glitch in the software rather than something in the OS...
basically, once u get to Mr Stone's Peak, u can complete the first stage, but very quickly in the 2nd stage, the game just exits of its own accord. i don't know if this is it crashing or what...
i was wondering if anyone else has been having similar problems or if anyone knows how to fix this?
i'm using an o2xdaIIs with wm5 (helmi aku 3.4)
the game is installed on my 2gb SD card.
i have 57.21mb free in main memory,
40.65mb free on internal, 27.47mb free in ramdisk, and 692mb free on the SD card.
i really have no idea what is wrong here... any help would be appreciated.
thx all~

I was facing with similiar problems with software installed on SD card. Games were exiting to main screen, programs were respond slow, or working bad, blocking the phone. Removing of software was horrible, also (leaving icons in "programs" folder)...
So, based on my experience, it is much better to install soft on main memory, leaving SD card memory for videos, music, pics, etc...
thx for the suggestion... i tried moving the program over to my main memory and running from there... same problem...
Well, I don`t know anything about issues regarding this particular game; but, as I wrote before, I was having problems with 90% of software installed on memory card. So, from now on, all programs, games, etc. I am installing on main memory.
Hi all,
I am new to flashing custom ROM but am glad that I manage to do it and have LeeDrOid 2.3d installed now. Flashed a custom glass theme and also flashed the fly-in animation and a customized color of notification bar for better viewing, too. Really love it a lot and thanks a lot to the developers!
However, I found that my Desire would lag significantly and also unable to pull down the notification bar during any installations of apps. Don't recall they on my stock ROM.
So, my question is, what is the cause of this, and is there a way to rectify this?
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
It is because of the A2SD+. Having that lag too, when installing.
Basically the phone copies the app to the ext partition and it's get laggy (since the SD card is under heavy use). Nothing to worry about.
Could that be the class of my SD Card? It's a terrible Class 2.
So, any A2SD+ ROM would suffer from this issue? Will a better class of SD card be rectified?
you may experience lags if using a2sd+ rom on a class 2 sd card while installing
however it is also ROM related
on old baadnewz dhd roms (like 1.5version) i also had a big lag while installing an app but right now on 1.9 version it is totally gone despite my class 2 sd card
ps. yes - better SD card will improve situation
Hi,
Can anybody here clear a couple of things please, i got a play but whenever i play games and run applications then exit them, the icons in the home screens seems to refresh,i.e they look like blanks icons then show up in a second or two.
Also, can i have some suggestions of how to free up space/memory and keep the performance better.
the homescreen refreshing is just android. its just where its changing what is showing its normal. can be stopped by modding but has no harm.
root removal is better handed by others
but unistall whatsapp and everything you can from the built in application manager and install everything to the sd card
also a thanks if this post helps is always welcome
try script supercharger v6, search in xperia arc thread...
use mega ram v 2, it will usefull for you...
also use OC if you need better performance...
regards,

How many apps are you running? JT manages memory very well imo
Hello guys,
My phone seems a bit slower than it was before. Opening app takes time and so on. There are 1.6GB FREE on phone storage and 15GB on internal (SD) storage available.
Any suggestions what could i do to speed it up? Tried different roms, sense and now on aosp. Phone by itself works great but when i try to open for example camera360 it lags.
There are bunch of files left of some apps, empty folders and stuff in SD card, maybe that is the case?
Any ways to speed phone up? ROM suggestions please?
LagFix (free) worked for me

Hi!
Well, I had some problems with lag in many roms!
I recommend you to use Blade Elite 1.3.1, but this is just my personal opinion!
Of course, each rom has it's own features, depending on the user. Just chek it
Remember that HTC One x is a powerful quadcore smartphone, so, lags are not so commom, maybe your kernel or something like this..
Best regards! :good:
Lag on the OneX, if it has been in use for some time, can be the result of the very poor flash controller.
Try the above mentioned LagFix (fstrim). It's on the Play Store.
