Assuming you're saving your backups to your external sd card, there will be a folder there called clockworkmod. go in there and then backup. Each folder there is a separate nandroid, just delete the folders of the ones you don't want.

You can use root explorer and find the folder clockwork mod inside sd card or external sd card folder. It should be under the backup folder inside clockwork folder. Delete From there.
In short
Root explorer > sd card/external sd card> clockworkmod> backup. Delete from there.

ok I think your asking is "How do I delete multiple Nandroid backups from my sd card?"
If so, goto the nandroid folder of your sd card. Inside there you will see all the backups listed and named by date. Hope that answers your question.

As he said, except just do it in a file manager; astro, es file manager, ect, the navigate to your nandroid file folder.
Thank you so much, it really helps.

Question about a2sd

I was just browsing my sd card and noticed something...before rooting I used apps to sd from the market...after rooting I started using dt a2sd. If I use root explorer and navigate to system/sd/apps I see all my apps that dta2sd moved... If I browse the root of my sd card I see folders for each app I have downloaded from the market. Are these folders from issuing apps2sd from market or dta2sd? Ate these folders using duplicate space? Is it safe to delete these folders? I'm not hurting for space just want to know. If it matters I am using Energy sense3.5 Rom with anthrax kernel.

I would monitor these folders on your sd card, next time you modify an app, look in both folders to see which one changes or adds to the folder.
I just installed an app that iv never downloaded before to test it out and the folder was added to system/sd/apps... I then backed up the app via tibackup and ran it to create saved data and still no folder referencing the app on the root of the sd card. so does that mean it should be safe to delete the folders located on the root of the sd card?

Just looked into this some more...the apps in the system/sd/apps folder are just the apk... So should I assume that that is just the installer and the folder that shows up on the root of the sd card is the data that is used by the app?

On AOKP using the AOSP browser, there is no option in any of the settings menus.
Use Directory Bind to bind the download folder to the root of the SD card.

Directory bind doesn't actually change the location it just creates a shortcut to it. The moment directory bind is shut of or if the card is removed the files well no longer be accessible from the sdcard.

Using this method, you might as well move the files from internal to external using a file manager. More effective than using temporary mapping.
Opera Mobile will ask which directory prior to downloading the file.

The problem still exist
I had the same problem happen with the Nexus 4 I had. Wonder if it could be something to do with the update? So far no problem with my Note 2.

Moving files to ext SD Card

I recently had to factory restore my M8 due to it constantly rebooting. After my factory restore, I can no longer move files (pictures and videos) to the external SD card. I had the ability to do that prior. I also lost the ability to transfer files from my internal SD to my computer. Can anyone help? . The transfers just hang and then fail. I am stock. No root. I should also note that I tried reformatting the SD card. I moved all the pictures and videos to the internal storage so I wouldn't lose them and could not move them back after reformatting.
You can only do it with root

I've never been rooted and I did it before
Anyone?
Have you tried to move files to another computer?
Give more information. How are you trying to move files to your externalSD? Using your computer or using a file explorer.
You shouldn't be able to write files to your external Sd because of Kitkat's new permissions.
There is a workaround if you have root
