-When a Tmobile base comes out, dont flash this.
-I will have to update the proper RILs for it
My Results:
-My Data has increased by about 4Mbps, which is a + in my case
-Dont ask me for screenshots
-Tested after removing my build.prop and init.d data tweaks for true results.
-Speeds will vary depending on your location.

it does? i thought they both had the same HSPA+ 42mbps radios in them. reviews haven't shown any differences between the two either, in fact the first one i pulled up showed faster GS2 speeds than Blaze. I will try and see for myself I guess.

How long should this take to install? My phone has been stuck on a black screen that says Samsung for about 10 minutes? I am running the Skyrocket ICS port would that have anything to do with it?
M&S...
Say I'm running your ROM, do I need to remove what you removed from your device before flashing to get optimal performance?
I'm not dangerous... RACISM is.

Do NOT flash new ICS Leak, you will brick. We have had one hard-brick/hardware issue (don't know which one). I repeat do not flash. I myself encountered 8 soft bricks.
Anyone with a confirmed working flash out there?

If you are rooted flash a custom rom that has it built in already such as Clarks Sonic Rom. I think Freeza also has instruction on how to upgrade if you are stock.

If you're getting good signal/data speeds, stick with what you have. It really matters on your location. For me, FF18 is the best but for others, FF27, FH13, etc...

Modems are area/device dependent.
Meaning, what might work well for me, might not work well for you.
You can try any modem with any build. Try the latest and see if your speeds improve or not. Might find that what you have is the best for you, might not.
(some say to update profile/prl after each time you change, i for one, don't see improvement doing that, but try it)
: edit: From fi03 forward, 4g speeds increase due to changes of Wimax settings. So if 4g is a player for you, keep that in mind

You keep saying this(well, maybe not you, but I've seen this several times from posts with i727 in the signature), but are you posting from the phone you installed this on? If so, its a skyrocket... the phone this ROM is supposed to work on from jump. You can't expect what you have done to work on the Hercules, if this is the case.

Or are you just asking a general question, because honestly if someone knew why the bars are not showing up for our phones I am sure they would tell us or they are working on it. You have got to remember(assuming your read the link) this was not made for our phone but the Skyrocket. In typical beta form things may or may not work?

Now that we know for sure that the SGS2 is getting JB for our hardware... With the new kernel/radio among other things, does this mean we'll be able to fix things in CM10 quicker? etc.
Going through the link in the OP, but I have a couple of questions:
I see the busybox which I need to install, but what about the insecure kernel? I see there is a kernel posted in that link but for the Skyrocket, I have a few different radios so do I just flash the posted kernel, then go back and flash the Blaze radio afterwards?
