Red Dot On My Screen!

I dropped my phone yesterday and since then I see a small visible red dot on my screen! do u think i'll get this phone replaced from sprint?

Is there physical damage to the phone other than the dot? Assuming there is not, and no water damage, they would probably repair/replace if you don't mention it was from a fall.

When I had the OG Epic I had a pixel go bad so there was one green dot continuously on my phone. It drove me nuts. It was only a week old. I took it to get exchanged and they told me that there had to be 5 dead pixels for it to be eligible for exchange. I had to do some light negotiations saying I bought 3 lines, insurance on all, accessories, etc all from the Sprint store and they finally swapped it for a new one.

well no other physical damage, man oh man this sucks.. well i do have the equipment protection plan i'll go to sprint store and check it out..

It was a question. It is allowed to ask a question. Op isn't trying to fraud sprint. Besides why have protection that covers a fall if you can't drop it. Op take it in or get an app that helps stuck pixels.

My daughter dropped here sgs2, it has a blue pixel stuck on. Also the LED behind the search button is out too. It dosent bother her so nothing will be done about it.

Just put a dent on my et4g, what now?

So I've got one of those sprint kickstand cases. The one that doesn't protect the top and bottom of the phone. I dropped my phone today and now it's got a pretty good dent about 3/16 of an inch long and 1/16 of an inch deep. I hate my phone now. I can't stand thinking about it or even using it.
I want some advice and suggestions about my options. Should I try to sell it and get the evo once that comes out? Should I just keep hating it and using it till my upgrade in august? Trade in maybe? I'm open to anything. I can't stand this dent plus gps sucks on this phone.

Dude, I just don't want a dented phone. I'm not sad, angry or upset. I just want suggestions. What you are doing is not helpful. Only a person with low self esteem would say something like that. I'm pretty sure you don't go around saying things like that to people face to face otherwise you would've already learned it is wrong.

Depending on how useless you are with tools and your hands you could probably buy some other whiny crybaby's shattered screen or a phone with a bad ESN and swap out the part, there is a thread about how to dismantle your phone.

It's amazing how defensive people get when someone says something bad about their phone. I don't like my phone. I don't care about yours. I'm not gonna call sprint and ask for an early upgrade. I have an upgrade coming in august.

Water damage stickers

Does anyone know if there are hidden water damage stickers on this phone besides the one under the battery.
I sank my quad in a river yesterday with my phone in my pocket and now it wont work.

i believe that there is another sticker inside the phone somewhere, so t-mobile will open it and check for water damage just in case you wanted to send it back to them. Ive read it on a thread here before if i can find it ill post a link..

Just ran over my note 2 with over 4500 lbs !!!!

This is how it happened. was wiping snow off my car and my note 2 fail on the ground without my knowledge drove off and went to wally mart for some groceries. on my way home i realized that my phone was missing. pulled over on the side of the road looked inside my car nothing. drove back to wall mart no 1 saw it. then came home tried to call it and i was hearing the phone ringing it seemed from far away but i can see the screen was lit up where i parked my car earlier.

only damage is on the back cover as u can see it. for some reason the phone does feel a lil thinner tho lol i dont know if my head is playing tricks on me but the phone itself operate as nothing happened to it

I took mine in the shower with me and put it on the seat in there. It got wet, but wasn't completely submerged. The phone still works, no water damage that I can see. I don't know if I'd do it again, but I figured I'd try at least the shower lol.

so me and some friends were in the yacuzzi taking pictures and videos and everything and then my phone slipped out of my hand and guess what? nothing happened to my phone..it was hard to find it..because all the
water pressure and everything..wish it was recorded

There's a water damage sticker clearly present on the side of the battery area. I highly doubt they made it a hidden feature. It may do well to protect itself, but i still don't trust it in water until there's more evidence of it not being harmful.

I kinda like that they didn't mention it. People won't be idiots with their phones, but if something does go crashingly wrong there's protection in place. I really do wonder how many people have been downright stupid with their S5's because of commercials showing them being dropped in the ocean and whatnot.

My case keeps it waterproof, so I am good to go.... I think, lol!

I used mine in a rain storm the other day with no concern or issue. I've done that with all my phones, camera, tablets, etc though and never have had an issue in my life.

There is a video. Maybe LG put most of the waterproofing features in place but couldn't get the certification they wanted and scrapped it?
