Hi all,
Got one Ipaq 3715 and wanted to get rid of some programs that consume ram - e.g. painter.exe, pocket tv pro etc BUT I can't get them deleted neither by the "remove programs" function (programs don't exist in the list to remove) nor by deleting them (they are located in the windows folder and "delete" isn't allowed).
Is it difficult to overcome this hardle and relieve my RAM from some programs that I never intend to use?
Thanks in adnavce,
Al
Probably a touch question to pose...
Let's see if some "superman" will have something to add.

Dear All,
Please confirm me, can we increase RAM or ROM Size of the O2 Orbit XDA. If yes how?
As far as I know the answer is no.Increasing ROM and/or RAM would mean replace memory chips (cannot be done at home with usual tools, our devices are not manually expandable like PCs..) on the device motherboard that would perturb the whole hardware configuration, going out of specifications...and would the cost of the operation be reasonable? The best tricks I know to manage efficently our poor memory is to put a light ROM on and to use RAM optimizing apps/services within WM.
Thanks for clarification.
Hi, would like to try to develop some applications for my HTC Diamond, but would some apps i download have a nice skin that looks like the built in apps in the phone, but when i develop some applications they are standard old windows apps, that dont look nice.
So my question is how do i make them look like the built in apps, with the styled buttons and so on, do you guys use some sort of skin for your apps?
Or do you allways make the buttons etc, in a program like photoshop or similiar?
Thanks
Dan

Hi there.
I own an Acer BeTouch E400, with Android, wich is fine. But Im starting to miss a little the expanded multimedia capabilities (TCPMP mostly) of my Windows mobile devices.
Looking around I've noticed, that the Acer NeoTouch P400 is THE SAME phone, same exact hardware, only with Windows Mobile 6.5, and I was thinking, does anyone has it? Would it be possible to dump the ROM and install it into mine?
Of course, could be also done the other way around, dump my Android ROM and leave it for those who want it to swap for their WinMO.
Anyone?
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Before my htc one x, i had a htc hd2 with custom android rom, in this rom it was possible to organize my apps.
So i could make a map with software, games etc.
I loved it, but i can't fix it on the one x, does anyone know how to do this?
Now I mean the apps if you push the "little blocks" on the bottom in the middle on your homescreen.
So all the apps you installed.
I tried app folders, but didn't work...
thanks
