So I'm trying to unroot my phone and I'm at the phase where you flash stock recovery when everything goes good in the process but it can't setupconnection on ODIN because it can't open serial(com)port, what do I do?

if you want to go back to stock using odin use this file unzip it to your desktop and flash through pda SGH-T989_TMB_1_T989UVKL1_CL799405_REV00.rar | 309.6 MB i cant post ouside link yet but look for this in devlopment section. hello i have searched for and could not find if there is a file to flash stock recovery through odin. also i wanted to now if there is a flash counter reset option on the glide.

if udownload the file of samfirmware.com and type in the phone model download it and put it into odin that should put u back to stock. then just do a factory reset and should put the stock recov back on... someone correct me if im wrong

i rooted my phone and installed CWM recovery. Now lets say i want to go back to Stock recovery. and stock Firmware (Rom) how would i go on about this ? just flash it via ODIN using the PDA option or ?

Trying to use Odin to go from Jedi x20 to a stock prerooted wind mobile 4.1.2 rom.
This is what I had in mind.
Download tar file and place in the Odin folder.
Go into twrp and do a full wipe. Do I also need to format internal storage?
Start up Odin. Now what needs to be checked off i can never seem to remember?

Go into download mode and let odin do its thing.

I am using I9195 . i was on stock KK 4.4 . am flashes CM13 official by TWRP 3.0.1-0 it is successfully booted and working fine. But now i am want to revert back to Stock KK 4.4 again i afraid to hardbrick my device. If anyone guide me to how to revert back i will thankful to him.

first download your own region stock firmware tar.md5 for the intended model. in the link below it is for my model, do not flash that, search for yours model and region.
you can follow steps in the link below and also you can download firmware from there.

Instructions
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.10.7
Extract Odin ZIP file
Open Odin v3.10.7
Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes
i have i9190 model, and have flash stock firmware alot form cm13 or 12.1, never bricked, also when you done flashing goto recover and restore factory setting and clear cache if stuck at samsung logo.
