I Just Wanted To Ask IF It was Possible To Flash Gio With The New ODIN (v3.09)?
The newest Odin is 4.42 and we use it already for more than a year, so Odin 3.09 is even older
Just use 4.42 and you'll be fine.

[Q] Updating from rooted 4.3 (Knox tripped) to 4.4.2?

I searched but couldn't find an answer, sorry if this has been posted before!
I'm currently running Jedi Elite V5, which is a 4.3 ROM, and I finally got around to looking into updating to a 4.4.x Kitkat version of Jedi Elite, but the thread says that I need to Odin the official 4.4.2 bootloader and reroot, and I can't find a download source or a guide to unroofing for this specific device.
I'm so rusty with all of this since I've been doing more car stuff than computer stuff the past 10 months (got a new car, been trying to engine swap it, broke some stuff, had to rebuild the trans TWICE, etc) so please forgive my lack of up-to-date knowledge!
Thanks!

Before doing anything else you need to download and odin flash the official
stock Samsung N900T Kitkat NF1 4.4.2 firmware from http://SamMobile.com
or any other trusted source. After you have successfully flashed the firmware
follow the step by step guide below:
(be sure to do a full wipe before flashing the firmware)
#1: Download cf-autoroot for N900T:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...mo-smn900t.zip
#2: Download twrp custom recovery for N900T:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...mo-4.4.img.tar
#3: Unzip the contents of cf-autoroot into an empty folder on your desktop
#4: Copy twrp custom recovery into the the same folder you created
#5: Flash the cf-autoroot with Odin windows app which is in your new folder
using "download mode" of the phone
#6: Flash the twrp recovery using download mode of the phone with Odin
#7: After both cf-autoroot and and twrp recovery are odin flashed successfully
you can either keep your stock N900T firmware or you can boot into twrp recovery
and flash any of the compatible zip file roms found in this forum.
Good luck!

Hmmm, wasn't able to get root using cf-autoroot. It just kept bootlooping trying to get into recovery... never saw the red Android logo.
This method worked for you on the latest update?

Never mind, I fixed my own problem.
I forgot to do a full wipe before hand and now my phone loads up fine for maybe a minute or two and then reloads over and over. Anyway I can fix this or reset it via odin?

Note 2 N7105 doesn't reboot after flashing to stock 4.4.2

Dear all,
I just have a serious problem with my Note 2 N7105. I bought this phone with a rooted 4.3 androit and everything worked fine beside using the automatic update function (over the air update of android).
Therefore I downloaded the german 4.4.2 from Sammobile and flashed it with odin.
sammobile.com/firmwares/download/32565/N7105XXUFNE3_N7105DBTFNE1_DBT
Odin flashed completely with any errors . -> All threads completed. (succeeded: 1 / fail: 0)
But unfortunately it is not rebooting to androit nor reboot into recovery mode. After turning on the phone, I can see the samsung logo and after that it tried to boot and a red exclamation mark pops up and it's restarting again. The only possible thing is to get into the download mode again.
I also downloaded the german 4.3 version from sammobile and flased it with odin - but results stay the same.
I would be very happy about any help. Sorry in advance for my unprofessional explanation.
make sure you have downloaded the right tar file for your samsung

Could fix it meanwhile - it wasn't a problem of the tar file - the tar file was correct - but whyever the recovery was broken after downloading and installing the cwm recovery I was able to get into the recovery mode again and afterwards also successfully install the stock 4.4.2 tar file from sammobile.

Modem / Kernel / IMEI / Stock rom 4.4.2

I'm using note 2 stock rom version 4.1.2 baseband DXDLK7 but I flashed DXDLK5 to fix problem about SOS Call only , the problem is when I flash stock rom 4.3 or 4.4.2 I got SOS only problem again and I stuck in 4.1.2 forever . I flashed modem MJ9 but still not work , and all modem download link in this forum died since hotfile server down . All new custom rom such as lolipop and marshmallow require baseband modem XXUFND3 but i can't go to that modem because SOS Call problem . So how can I fix this problem ? Thanks
Make EFS backup and then:
Download firmware from sammobile for your device i.e. N7100.
Install 7zip to extract it and copy SBOOT. and modem, then use 7zip again and pack (*.tar) those files separately, so you will have sboot.tar and modem.tar
sboot is the bootloader and modem is...modem.
Use Odin to flash modem and bootloader in download mode, then use also Odin to flash TWRP.
Then go to recovery mode and install your ROM using instructions in ROM thread (1st post).
You have to know that stock ROMs are identified by letters and numbers, the newest is probably OE1, I used bootloader and modem from French ROM.

You cannot flash anything from odin until your device able to boot into odin download mode.
If your device is rooted then you can download flashfire or flashify app ftom playstore and you can flash any custom rom or zip file and even firmware tar files without booting into downliad mode.
Try physically removing the battery then reinstall battery then hold Volume down, home, and power. See if you can get to download mode then..had the same problem and this worked for me
