If I capture video and press back key button, there is a "tick" sound coming from camera. It's not from the speaker but the camera itself.
When using stock kernel, no such problem.
Any way to fix this?

I had a i890 before the desire hd and there was a secret menu where I could turn the mic volume down when recording loud music so that the sound didn't get all distorted, just now when you rercord bands and stuff it is just a noise, I know there is a mute button but whats the point off turning the volume off when recording a video, so is there a way of doing this or a app that does it?
Does anybody know how to program the volume up button as shutter button on the Samsung S3?
I was wondering if there is an option to not start recording a video when you press the video record button. Instead i just want it to switch to video mode without recording right away.
Think of it as always in video and camera standby mode. No need to switch to either.
I recently got a selfie stick as a gift over xmas. it has a shutter button on it and it connects via bluetooth. At first it was pressing the volume up key to take photos witch is what I want for use with Snapchat. now it shows as a external keyboard and when the button is presses it selects something on the screen rather than volume up. can anyone help with getting the button to link to the volume up command? I have a Galaxy S5 running stock 5.0 thanks!
Hello, I have a z551ml ww model and when I press the record button, (both on the back and the front camera mode) the image suffers from a sudden zoom in kind of issue.
