Hello everyone,
I would like to know if it's possible to read and specially write on Excel documents.
I've built an Microsoft Excel tool with some dropbox sections etc. Plus, I oftenly use it and I have to introduce values and save it.
Is it possible to do with my stock Arc S? Do I need an application? What do I have to do?
Thank you very much,
Pedro

there are a few apps on the market that read and edit them. do a search for .xls and you'll get them.
I have tried one or 2 of them.

Hi folks
I am on the lookout for a good note taking app for nontouchscreen 6.1 landscape platform.
I know OneNote Mobile, the standard notepad in Samsung Blackjack, Note2day etc.. None of these has COPY or PASTE function, which is a must for me, for copying stuff that I read and keep snippets for quick backup.
I tried Evernote, but that thing always tries to sync my notes, even if I am not online, and that is a major PITA
I tried PNOTEPAD, but it takes TWO installation files, one for basic viewing, another for editing. Not a small feat, so I am looking for alternatives. And its not very decent looking.
If you guys know any alternative, low memory footprint, clean notetaking sw, that includes editing like copy, cut and paste, pls let me know
Much thanks

Oh I know I was just saying what I was preferring but that was nice of you to offer though, because it gives him more options to actually choose what he prefers.
Thanks to jdoggraz, cswroe for your suggestions..
I was fairly new to both these apps, unheard of until now..
Also my good friend stylez suggested Documents to Go via PM, thanks to him too
Here is what I will do, let me try each one, and see how it suits my taste..
Once again, most thanks for helping me out...
Thanks and regards

Ive searched hi and low, and cant seem to find a simple program to store private documents (pics, texts, vids etc) in a password protected folder, on my N95 you could simply add a password to the zip archives but cant do this on the touch hd!
Every program ive found either costs £30+ or just isnt user-friendly, any advice or could someone point me in the right directon!!
Thanx in advance!

yeah ive got that one but found it difficult to import and export files to/from my memory card. lol to be honest, right after i posted this thread, like a mug i realised that winzip on the touch hd does actually allow you to add passwords. although that does mean u might be waiting for a while for a file to extract, obviously with respect to its size! oh well

Hello, I'm a SEX1 user using Jack's full ROM.
I'm just curious, is there a blogging software for the SEX1 that acts something like Windows Live Writer? This kind of software saves a lot of trouble and also reduce your expenses on 3G services as you do not need to go to so many pages to get your blog posted up.
Thank you all so much in advance for your help.
Yes! That's a good idea, I am also looking for something like that.
ANYONE could HELP?
I was searching for a simple Blogger client to be able to add a post with a picture and some text (like on other SE phones) but there seems to be no program for this.

Hi,
Could anyone suggest how to access personal folders created in inbox using c++ or .net code. don't want to use commercial libs like in the hand libraries.
I have searched a lot on it but not able to find any opensource application/code to do this.
MAPIdotnet is the only one I've found. It's got some issues, but it seems to work in the limited case.

Hi everybody!
I'm making my first multi-launcher theme, and actually trying to create my apk.
I saw a UI that perfectly fits with my expectations and that is used in a lot of themes apps. A lot of different developers use it so, i think it's a pre-created template or something like that.
Sadly, i don't manage to find it anywhere, searching with google search per picture, per words, on xda, etc...
So, does anyone know where it can be found or if it's not a pre-created UI (see attached file)?
Thanks in advance!
(french guy, trying to do my best in english, sorry for possible mistakes)
Hi
Are you referring to the Cards UI?
If so, that is super easy to implement.
Download this 9png and set it as the background of the view for which you want the Card style : http://db.tt/q7xTkXaX
Then, add an 8dip padding on all sides
That's it!
