Works fine for me. And by fine, it loads and I can interact with it, but its really sluggish for some reason (it zoomed on my Charge).
Are you restoring it from a backup or something? If so, that could be the cause.
Otherwise, try wiping the app cache. Or uninstalling/reinstalling.
OK...think I found the problem. If I try and use the LP calendar widget I will get force closes. Can you loaded the calendar widget?

Nope, it crashed the launcher for me too. With it being abandoned, there's probably no hope of a fix either.

Try force stopping and clearing the cache of the app from the settings menu.
or just uninstall and reinstall the app

Happened to me when i deleted the camera sound files in root explorer manually. Reflashed rom and had no such problems.
Also it seems that clearing davilk cache caused that before.
If u never deleted any camera sound files or the camera cache then reinstall instragram. It should be fine

I had this problem too the other time but now it is running fine. But I was on a custom ROM then.
Try fixing permission on CWM?

How about you clear instagram data in Settings-> Apps-> Instagram-> Clear data. Make sure app is close before you perform this. Afterwards, open the app and see if problem still exist.

This is a common problem many people are facing in apps like Google Play Store, Instagram, Whatsapp, Snapchat etc. And one common solution I've for all these apps is just uninstalling that app and re-install it.

Xperia S mic not working.

"internal application error" in recorder. I am on 6.2.b.0.200.
Similarly, Google now also doesn't work.

I see your problem in the thread I open, have you try a fresh install? or a reboot? that doesnt happen at all for me
Ive got the same issue, although the mic does work in calls luckily. What firmware was you using and what device? Im using the world version that was posted in the big thread earlier (.200) on an Xperia S from the UK that was previously run on T-Mobile ICS f/w.
I dont really wanna try a reinstall because i spent hours setting the phone up from clean again :/ But there's a little hope, when i first boot the phone, google now does recognise me once, or the recording app does work a few times, but after that it doesnt at all until reboot. I can't tell if its the keyboard interfering or some service that runs the mic stopping, or maybe the google now app crashing it since the recording small app seems to work more than once. Maybe it's an 3rd party app interfering if it's only us getting the error?
I tried soft reset. It worked for a while, now not working again.

So after a Google search I've found out why this is happening, it's because the latest Google now update messes up the Mic, so if you force close the Google search app or uninstall its updates for the time be in it will work

This seems to work for me:
I deactivated com.google.android.voicesearch in settings-apps.
Google Now and voice recorder apps are working now.
