Hi.
At the moment i use CWM Recovery and Android HD on my Galaxy Nexus.
Because i want to sell this phone, i want to get back to stock.
Where can i get the stock rom to flash with CWM and after that, get back the stock Recovery Menu?
Thanks
Download original stock images from here.
Then follow directions from this post.
That will take you back to 100% stock and remove CWM and root.

New to Andriod. Have MT3GS, can follow instruction to have the phone rooted (have downloaded all the required software to do it). How do I back up the stock room first before rooting? It didn't mention anywhere to have back up the present stock rom first.

You can't, there is no way to make a nandroid backup without clockwork recovery, which can't be flashed until after you've overwritten the ROM. When you root you have to wipe everything and start from scatch.
Is case I don't like othe rom I flashed, How can I go bank to stock rom & for warrant

Then you would flash this through clockwork recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=746577
That will break your root and put you back at the OTA 1.35
I am not new to flashing ROMs, I had numerous devices and flashed the crap out of all of them. I am new to the SG2. My questions are once I flash say The Beast ROM, can I come right back to bone stock via Odin and a stock TAR file like I could my Vibrant (I loved that). Also, is it best to flash via CWM, or via SD card and recovery mode? Just a little nervous, I don't want to be stuck on a ROM I hate or not be able to get back to stock for a return at TMO. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
Unfortunately we DON'T have a stock rom tar file like we did for the Vibrant. There is a stock unrooted rom that you can flash and be able to return phone that way.
You can flash any rom via CWR, it's the easiest way.
This phone is a BEAST!
Flash cwm via Odin then before flashing su make a nandroid backup of bone stock. Keep that and restore to it as needed.
I like to flash through recovery mode with the file in the SD card. I always make a back up before I flash a new rom just in case I need to go back to the original if the new rom doesn't work out.

So if I Nandroid I can actually restore right back to stock rooted correct? So I don't even need a stock tar file if I do this?

Yep, as mentioned, its good to keep a backup handy just in case (and for return/warranty purposes). You won't need an additional .tar

There is a cwm flashable stock rooted from Bubby too.
Hello,
I have Galaxy S3 running 4.1.1, i have perviously
rooted it. After that i done a Factory Rest to the Device,
then tried to UpDate it to the latest Version!
But it always tells me that this device is modified!
What i want is to Completely REMOVE the Root,
then UPDATE it to the latest version? Please HELP!

As long as you have a custom recovery (either CWM or TWRP), you will not be able to update. You could go back to 100% stock unrooted and then update, but this is not necessary and you'll be doing a lot more steps. More steps means more chances to mess something up.
Good news is that you can just install the stock Rom. Freeza always updates his thread with the most recent Stock Rooted Rom. A lot of times he comes out with it even before I get the OTA from Sprint. All you have to do is flash it in TWRP or CWM. In case you're not familiar with the procedure for doing this, please see this linked post.
Finally, OTAs are fairly common, so check out CNexus' thread on OTAs.

If you want to go back to stock completely, you will need to odin the tar file and the latest triangle away. This will set your binary and get you back to normal and then odin the stock tar. This will put you back to completely stock with a stick recovery. You should be able to update from there. There are several links to the info you need.

They don't necessarily have to use Odin and Triangle Away. Here is a thread for a recovery-flashable zip which will reset their counter and restore them back to unrooted stock.
That being said, if the only reason they want to go back to stock is to take the update, it's entirely unnecessary. Like I said before, the more steps they have to take, the more chances they have to mess something up (especially when it comes to Odin and Download mode, in my opinion). If they want to return to stock unrooted for another reason, the easiest way is to use the flashable zip.
Thanks alot for all of your help
I rooted my phone then used CWM RomManager to make a backup image of the rooted stock rom. Then put KitKat on the phone. Since then I have restored the Rooted stock Rom. Now every time the phone boots I get the Upgrading Android message and the phone is kind of buggy. I am having trouble finding instructions anywhere on how to get it back to complete stock. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
Thanks
What stock AT&T rom were you running when you created the backup?
Oh I guess I should have mentioned that huh.. it was 4.3
Have you tried flashing the 4.3 update.zip file you can find in the developers forum here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2387423.
I feel like you ought to be able to copy the 4.3 zip file to your SD Card and flash via recovery and it should work, although I haven't tried it so I can't be sure.
Need advice badly. New to this. I updated my i747att phone to 4.3. Mannaged to root and add a custom rom. I back using my backup. After trying another custom rom I think I bricked my phone. Lost my backup and everything Just get the blue logo screen. Can get to in to recovery mode but have no backups, I erased everything. Need to know how to download and install stock rom with 4.3 update. I read you cant go back to original once updated to 4.3. I just want to go back to stock so I can sell phone. I have a new s4 now
