Screen hue when brightness turned off red - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hey guys just noticed after comparing with another galaxy nexus handset that my screen brightness when turned low red hue tint to the display. My friends screen is blue hue which is better sharper when brightness has been turned down off.
Has anyone else had an issue to their devices with the screen I would like to hear from them
I have searched the web and there is a problem on the screens either yellow blue or red
I have now read that it maybe a software issue in ColorSync in the android os that's need to be addressed
Thanks

I don't think that this is a problem, when the light intesity is dimming the
white balance change and you get far from 6500K color temperature.

Notification menu 'bug' after 1.28.

I couldn't find the original thread about this, so I'm making a new one

Theres a video where i film after the 1.28 patch, and as you can see the top isnt making that weird thing anymore, Its just the screen flickering or how i should call it.
You barely see it, but you can see in the video that theres something happening when im moving up and down.
i think the problem is by the ambient light sensor beside the hTC logo
so when your fingertip pass thru the sensor, the light enter reduce so it become brighter...

What is an ambient light sensor on a monitor?
It Is A Sensor That Detect Light So If Its Dark Your Screen Monitor Brightness Will dim down so you're not looking at one source of extreme bright light, When Its Bright The Screen Monitor Will go up to compensate for the extra light around you so you can still see the monitor comfortably

No, that's not it. It's a software bug, the fixed it just a little. It's probably driver problems still. If it was the light sensor it would just dim, not blink.
still the bug is there.. but less than before.. mine screen flickers (not the screen flicking bug) when the bug hits.. just in an instance.. and distorted the date a little than before.. updated to 1.28.415.9 Arabic version
Well mine still makes the thing where everything in the bar gets all blurry.
Just not as often.
So the bug is still there but they sure did something to improve it
Edit: yeah ayan15 did a good description of my bug

Display can't differentiate between black color, and dark colors?

I was watching a video on my PC's LCD screen, but I decided that I would continue it on my A70 instead.
I knew that I'd get different colors because it has an AMOLED display, but I didn't think that most of the dark areas in the video would get turned off! The screen literally turns off the dark colors even if they weren't totally black! And the more you dim the brightness of the screen, the more pixels it turns off! This can also be seen when you put a video lock screen that has dark colors and you dim the brightness. You're gonna see that most of the pixels turn off, and the colors of the remaining pixels will get distorted.
I've faced this issue on the A70, but on my brother's A50 the display is totally fine.
*Current lock screen wallpaper that I can clearly see this issue on: Decor (animated)
PS: My phone previously had the touch panel issue(where the screen feels sluggish when scrolling, and would sometimes click on stuff by itself), which didn't get fixed with the OTA update, which forced me to go Samsung's customer care, which they told me that they need to remove the firmware altogether(because the OTA update didn't install successfully), and then flash the already updated firmware, which indeed fixed the touch panel issue to a degree(it still happens but not as frequent as before).
Do you guys face this issue, or is it just my device? I also sent a message to Samsung explaining the issue through Samsung Members app, but they told me to go get the correct firmware flashed.

Question Green tint in lockscreen, display issue or software?

Hello guys,
I've recently bought a snapdragon version of S21 Fe. Yesterday, while I was using my phone in absolute darkness with low brightness, I've noticed that there is a green tint on the lockscreen. When I get past the lockscreen, the green tint disappears. I've researched about it, and it's a problem that only happens when the fingerprint is turned on. Turning the fingerprint off removes that issue. Is this a display issue or some form of software issue? I've updated to latest one ui 5. I don't have a warranty as well. Should I sell this phone? Please help me identify the problem and give a solution to what should I do now :')
Hello
can you post a screenshot?
The green dot in the upper right corner of the screen indicates that the camera is active.
Did you enable facial recognition? that could be an explanation....

Question Screen issue or software bug?

Hi!
I have received my Red Magic 8 Pro and immediately noticed something. The selfie camera is visible if the background behind it is simple. For example just a simple white or gray background. Depending on movie sometimes it also becomes visible under cartoons like Rick and Morty, however during normal movie I cant see it.
Is this normal for this phone?
Also, the software which handles the pixels in front of the camera sometimes can become bugged and a visible line is displayed. I can reproduce this issue by pulling down the notification bar and holding it at 1 spot.
Does everyone experience these issues ?
That's normal, especially if the screen is on 120Hz, and at low brightness. It's the so-called green tint issue.
