Hope someone can help me.
I have been googling and searching.
I want to install revolution rom.
There is shows you need to root is and flash cwm recovery.
I managed to root it but i'm stuck with the recovery.
1. i installed samsung naked drivers
They did the trick when the phone is active, but when i'm in the fastboot it shows drivers are not succesfull
2. i dont know how to perform the flash.
Can someone explain to me in noob language, how do i fix the driver issue in fastboot(if needed)
Tell me how to flash the image.
It would help me out so much, already spend a couple of hours searching.
Thanks.
dont know how but i manage to do it..
But after all the searching i managed to flash the img.
so please delete the thread

I think I have killed my phone. I used the unrevoked method to root my phone and thats as far as the customizing went. I tried to remove it and now my phone will show the first evo screen and then go to a triange/exclamation screen! I have tried to load a new RUU, applying a update.zip, using the pc39img flash. and nothing works. Can someone throw me a bone and help me out. Also I tried to recover from a backup, didnt work. and if recovery is selected it goes to the red triangle screen with a E: cant open/cache/recovery message.
Sorry if this is info overload just trying to give info so i avoid goiong down the wrong path.

You've already went down the wrong path, this is Development, not questions.
but you deleted your recovery img

Hi Guys , Need a Little help here ,
well currently ive upgraded to Froyo 2.2 , after couple of bad lucks , ive succeeded in rooting my rom ... now the actual problem is that after following all the procedures , i am not able to flash Clockwork recovery ...ive tried putting ESRIMP.zip in the root of SD card with Update.zip ..but its not reading it in HBOOT ...
please help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Please guyz! can some one help ((((((
Have you tried to install CM thru rom manager?
Yup ... ive tired doin so , but no luck , when i go into the recovery mode ..its still the same old Recovery , where i can just flash update.zip ..which is not workin as well
You need the recovery img file and push it through adb.. its easier through terminal emulator but you need s-off for that method
Sent from my fingertips using Android.
I was able to get cwr by putting the update.zip on my sd card and selecting recovery from the hboot menu. once there I just selected 'Apply sdcard:update.zip'.
Once I did that it loaded straight to the cwr menu. I'm still learning all this stuff but I hope that helps
What next?
Hey, all. I'm having a similar problem. I went through the HTCdev process of unlocking my bootloader, and I rooted with SuperOneClick 2.2.. I've installed Clockwork Mod via the market, and tried to flash it, but the bootloader will only access the regular Android recovery screen. When I try to flash via fastboot and/or recovery (and I've tried flashing Clockwork Mod and CM7), I just get an error message.
As is probably obvious, I'm looking for the simplest fix, but any suggestions you can give me are welcome. Thanks!
yes, as stated before you can't flash clockworkmod recovery, or any recovery, without S-OFF on your device. however this is very risky and may brick your phone, so be warned
Hi! I've searched looking for a recovery that works on v163 of LU6200 but can't find one. I was able to root my phone without downgrading its firmware but the CWM installed through Rom Manager doesn't work at all. I only get "Enter Fast Boot, Long time no see!" message and it's stuck on that page forever. I was looking for a thread where I can ask this but I also can't find one relevant. I apologize if creating this thread is inappropriate. Hoping I can get some help.
edit: For some reason, KDZ flasher doesn't work on my netbook which is my only computer. I'm not able to downgrade the firmware.
I think the appropriate way to root v163 is to downgrade to v135 and root, then flash v163 and root and install cwm recovery. Anyway I replied to you through PM sir.
Tnx kabayan. Will try +1
Welcome kababayan.

Hi.
I have same problem after flash CWM from ROM Manager,is it possible flash only CWM Recovery or flash Stock Recovery?
The LU6200 4.0.4 is rooted,but I can't flash CWM.
Looks like im stuck. I cant even enter downlod mode to flash a rom. Same page i get when reboting into recovery/download mode
Try to turn off your device, remove the battery and reinsert the battery but don't turn it on yet. Plug your device to your laptop/pc, then boot to download mode (VOL UP + POWER BUTTON)
I've been trying to figure this out but every method that I have tried doesn't work at all really. Video tutorial or novice friendly guide? Someone help please? Would love to "androidify" this thing.
Hi! I had the same question but found no answer, until I tried by myself
Download kingroot apk from your tablet, install it and you get root.
Next follow the guide posted in this forum.
But here's the trick: you can't go back after you flash the old bootloader,
So reboot to recovery and push the zip to sdcard
And boom new ROM installed.
Don't worry if you reboot to stock, you get black screen but not a brick, get back yo fastboot, reflash and reboot to recovery
Hello guys,
I have a big problem. Today i wanted to unlock my bootloader, flash a custom recovery and root my phone. Unlock the bootloader wasnt a problem. Then i boot the recovery.img from adb to install it from there, but when i wanted to install it first i selected the wrong option(boot not recovery). So after a restart i just came always back in the recovery. So i searched a boot image to install it with twrp. I think i found and installed the wrong one because now i only see the animation of lg, thats all. Please can anyone help me?
When u enter download or fastboot mode then u van flash an kdz or a TWRP.img

Well first at all you didn't make any mistake by installing recovery.img as boot. Couse after that you had to install recovery.img using TWRP at first boot. There are tutorials how to that properly, dunno why u dont read carefully before doing something like that.
Now i think the easiest solution would be just reinstall stock rom using LGUP tool. Ofcourse you can still try use adb tool. What you need to do is to find proper boot file for you model and android version and put it to adb folder and flash it same as recovery.
You can easy get into download mode by taking battery out, connecting phone using usb with computer and then while holding volume up button put back battery.
Tutotial how to enter fastboot from download mode: https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/guide-how-to-enter-fastboot-mode-t3239537
I would recommend to start using google. As i spent like 5 mins to gather all info for that.
