I've passed along the smali edits needed to get this working to Mystery. They will be in SyndicateROM Frozen as well.
can this be done without the need of needing a deodexed rom or theme?

EPIC FAIL the G2 isn't any different from G1. its Touch Wiz and if you want TW go stock. or if your on EL30 Stock Deodexed then why are you asking for the G2 theme because its the same

You can pull it your self and it should work as long as your on ics. Just unzip the from and I believe its in system>app there could be a folder before system I can't remember. Its been so long since I did any flashing to my phone

I'm on stock rooted FI27. I once had it on EL29 by flashing mod that had it along with other tweak and I miss it. I checked the mod recently but it never got updated again.

Its an easy enough Smali edit. I made the mod for my Rom pretty quickly.

does anyone have a mb1 stock rooted multi-window flashable rom,I saw a thread for deodex I wanted it for odex file system,any help would be greatly appreciated
You're going to have to run OdexBlue if you want to run odex and have multiwindow.
Its a great ROM. I'm bias as I've run it exclusively on my phone since a few weeks after I got it on 6/21.
Mb1 doesn't have multi view, mc3 does, but there are ROMs that have multi view that are based on mb1 such as TPR and MOAR. Here is all the different versions of mc3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1910947
