[Q] MB1 Stock Rooted Multi-View - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

does anyone have a mb1 stock rooted multi-window flashable rom,I saw a thread for deodex I wanted it for odex file system, any help would be greatly appreciated

You're going to have to run OdexBlue if you want to run odex and have multiwindow.
Its a great ROM. I'm bias as I've run it exclusively on my phone since a few weeks after I got it on 6/21.

Mb1 doesn't have multi view, mc3 does, but there are ROMs that have multi view that are based on mb1 such as TPR and MOAR. Here is all the different versions of mc3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1910947

So there's absolutely no mod to get all apps in multi view on a odexed ROM!? I have used many different deodexed ROMS on many different phones and I just prefer odexed a lot more but not having all apps in multi view is killing me!!! Somebody please point me in the right direction if there is any cuz I've searched through every post on this forum and can't find anything

So what exactly is the difference between odex and deodex roms? I've been in the root game since the HTC hero. For every mod I've wanted it's been understood that you need a deodexed rom to run it. I've never noticed a difference. Is there a visible or performance difference?

Odex is usually smoother and it is stock stock

Different is just the way the apps and everything are listed... never seen any performance difference personally.

Good choices for touchwiz ROMs or anyway to get s3 stock motions on cyanogenmod

So I used cyanogenmod Nightly and i miss many of the motions provided through touchwiz, but hate the lag in it, I'll rather find a workaround.
So in your opinion
Best choices on touchwiz based roms
Or
Are there any zips I can flash to get motions?

Have you tried MC3 the new update? It's not even laggy.

What is MC3, is it leaked sprint rom? Or a custom rom? Do I update through sprint? How's the battery life on it

Unfortunately, you won't be able to find all of 4.2.x features on TW Roms. But, a lot of TW Roms have similar features. I know that some of the more popular TW Roms here in the d2spr section are (in no particular order):
MOAR (Mother Of All Roms)
The People's Rom (TPR)
Goodness Reborn
JellyBomb
Wicked Sensations
Honestly, you can stroll through the Sprint Galaxy S III Android Development Section and if you see an "MB1" or "MC3" or "TW" in the title, you can check it out. Most are really good and have options for excellent battery life.
I personally enjoy AOSP 4.2.2 Roms (Currently on Liquidsmooth v2.2) and the extra features of TW (MultiWindow, motions, etc) aren't enough to keep me there. But I fully understand that my experience does not encompass everyone's preferences, so I keep my eye on the TW Roms and will flash them every once in a while to see what's what.
Try the peoples rom

Stock-ish 4.1.2 ROM?

Hey guys, I've been away from the forum for a long time. Downloaded jovy's deodexed mostly stock ROM, but would like some extras (23 toggles, tethering, reboot menu, etc.).without experimental scripts, kernels, themes, etc. Was using frosty--any suggestions for a minimally modified ROM? Thank you!
U could try stockorama
Sent from my SGH-T999 using Tapatalk 2
Stockorama. It's pretty stock with some mods. I'm running it right now, it's great. Try it out.
Sent from my SGH-T999 using Tapatalk 2
Thanks so much for the responses, guys. Anything else I should explore just for comparison's sake?
I was using frosty as well, I switched to jelly beans recently and love it. Runs very smooth and has some great features. I'd recommend it!

Bought used note 2

So I just traded my nexus 4 for a tmobile note 2 rooted and running some jedi rom. Is there a stock rooted up to date rom I can flash? Also should I flash a modem and kernel etc? ?? Thank you!
I did a search but the links I did find weren't working, on top of I'm not sure which is the latest software.

Nobody?
Sent from my SGH-T889 using Tapatalk
There most certainly are. The best close to stock rom out there is Tweaked by dwitherall. Do a search. And read read read.
Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk
Thanks I'll check it out. I'm actually looking for literally stock, just keeping root.
Sent from my SGH-T889 using Tapatalk
Go look at teshxx Stock forum. It gives all modem kernel boot.img and rom that is stock and rooted. Flash only the rom though.

I think that's the one I tried that the links were down

Edit: That is for stock only. No root

You want to look at this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1975560
MrRobinson' root66 is exactly what you seem to be looking for. Totally tmo tw with root. Look for the UVBMD1 version. Personally I won't be going to 4.3 via the anticipated OTA as other TW OTA's have been *frustrating* for users. I am on Tweaked and am quite happy to wait until dwitherell is able to work up a good rom. YMMV.
Hastily spouted for your befuddlement
