[Q] My DHD keeps crashing and rebooting, but only when the screen is locked...

Hello!
For some time now my phone's been rebooting itself completely random it seems. I just got it back after sending it away to get this issue fixed. Obviously the "repair" didn't really do anything at all. All they did was to flash the latest software apparently.
I got quite fed up with the crashing and rebooting stuff, and figured that it wouldn't hurt to try to flash a custom ROM, in this case I chose to root the phone and try MiUi. I had no clue wether it would solve the issue I'm having, but I figured it was worth a try. So i rooted the phone and flashed the latest version of MiUi (1.11.18).
At the start it seemed like it had worked, and had stopped the phone from crashing. But after some time I realized that the issue is still there, only difference now is that it ONLY crashes when I lock the screen with the Power-button. EVERY SINGLE TIME I do this, in a matter of minutes it will either reboot or just turn black and totally unresponsive. Only way to get it on again is to take out the battery and put it back in.
This is starting to annoy the **** out of me, so I talked to my brother for advise this morning, and he told me to wipe my Dalvik Cache. So I did, and nothing changed, the phone keeps on living it's own life.
I have absolutely no clue what info you guys might need to help me with this, but I'll start with this:
Phone: HTC Desire HD
Android-version: 2.3.7
Kernel-version: 2.6.35.14-cyanogenmod-g319b6e2
ROM: MiUi 1.11.18
Also, the motherboard's been switched once, cause of another issue that is now gone.
ANY help is appreciated, I just want to be able to use the phone normally!
EDIT: Also it seems that the phone won't reboot or crash whenever it's charging.
Sounds like a hardware/software issue your best bet is getting a replacement and re rooting .

Random reboots with the 4.04 update?

So before I bash this update I first want to say that the leaked 4.04 is a step in the right direction with the benefits far out-weighing the negatives.
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced the phone rebooting. Since i updated to 4.04, I have NOT had the phone reboot on me while I was in the middle of a task however it seems to reboot when I wake it after its been "asleep" for a while. It doesn't happen all the time and it seems very random.
I would be interested in hearing other people's experience.
I was running GNex completely stock, locked and unrooted. When I found out about the update I simply unlocked the boot loader and flashed 4.04. Afterwards I just left the boot loader unlocked.
Thanks,
Kesnik

I have had no reboots since flashing a week ago. At least that I know of.

I have had random reboots, but only experienced this after installing the tethering hacking. When I removed the hack, the reboots went away. Not sure if you have this hack installed or not, but this is what is causing my device to reboot.

Lag, Freezing, and Reboots. Am I screwed?

I recently went to stock and and rooted with SuperOneClick today on 2.3.3. I've been getting lag, freezes, and random reboots since yesterday, so I thought going stock and re rooting would fix it, but it didn't. What can I do? This is driving me crazy.
It's an Xperia R800x.
EDIT: About to try going stock one last time...
EDIT 2: Having wifi problems now?
EDIT 3: Went back to stock again, no rooting. Freezing and reboots aren't as bad, but there's still the wifi problem.
Can u go more detail about what kind of wifi problem are u facing?
as for freezing and lag even after running back stock, try run it without SD card attached 1st and see what happen..

[Q] Random reboots

Hi guys i'm on this phone since early october 2012 and all seemed to be running smoothly without any problems, i also installed root + busybox + custom kernel. The problem is that since mid december the phone random reboots when i'm outside, and mostly when i don't still in a particular place, but when i'm moving. The phone reboots only when is locked, so i never experienced a force close using it. I was on 4.1.2 and very bored by the problem i flashed original 4.2.1 and did root + busybox + custom rom and the problem is not solved! It reboots randomly in my pocket and this is very annoying.. Can't find a solution, so hope you guys can help me solve this problem, thanks in advance!

(Q) Dialer Problem

I've got a rather strange problem... I'm running stock due to this issue... I'm running mm right now... Anyways, every time I root this phone, I lose my dialer program menu for example, *#0*#. I figured it was a rooting issue so I just flashed back to stock and then flashed only twrp and then flashed a mm rom. Well it still did the same thing. Anybody else having this issue or know of a fix? I need to be able to access the calibration menu for my compass for work..
Nobody has this issue? Ik I can't be the only one...
