Konikob made the exspresso rosie for stock before but he had kinda fell occurs the face of the earth. I was wondering if another dev could make this happen. I am willing to donate to make this happen. For clarification it is the stock rosie that come with the fresh rom.
Also someone made a remap of the rosie but it wasn't what I was looking for.

Are you both 100% stock ROM with root only? I.E your ROM is still odexed / never flashed any sort of custom rom or theme?
A MetaMorph would make it a moot point, but if you do not use MetaMorph, and want a simple flashable zip via recovery, it is best to know EXACTLY what you are running, so that the same apk files are flashed, with the exception of the changes for espresso.

I dont use MetaMorph, let alone know what it is lol. I basically want a simple flashable zip via recovery. Im running this rom SteelROM its basically deodexed stockrom. Hope this helps.

When you say remap, are you referring to a different skin of the bottom soft keys? I have a zip that will simply replace the look of the bottom buttons, but there is no functional difference from stock.
Espresso Rosie for Stock Deodexed ROM (3.29.651.5)
Okay, here is a flashable zip that should modify your Rosie to black espresso from the current Fresh ROM, and change nothing else.
Black Espresso for Stock Sense Deodexed ROM <--- Flash via Recovery
Note: I did not test, so please nandroid before flashing and confirm if you could. Source is pulled from the SteelH ROM referenced above.

I'm using 3.29 stock with root. Odex (but with flashable themes. New Files Added To My Rom.)
Edit: works great. One request tho, it has a blue highlight when pressed. If you can mod it to have a black glass button (just a little darker) to match. Thanks!!!

Thanks for the confirmation. The OP's request was to pull from Fresh ROM, so that's where the source came from...
If you know a different espresso rosie from another ROM, I suppose I can quickly modify / whip up another version.

Just downloaded this rom, and looking at the applicable files, the espresso has green highlights when pressed, as opposed to blue, but definitely not black. Do I have the wrong one?

No, you're right. I had used a previous version that was all black and assumed it was the same. Thank you tho. I just packed a file with the "Sense" green highlights.
How would I go about with combining rosies. I want this rosie look, caulkulins 5 apps in a row mixed with your transparent drawer.

Sounds like you got yourself an espresso rosie with green highlights, mind sharing it? Been looking for it. Preferably without the 5 apps in a row.
I decided I couldn't wait and I went ahead and made my own. I realize that the Espresso Rosies floating around at the moment are not as polished as they could be, and even slightly blurry, so I set out to fix these issues as well as customize it to suit my tastes.
Changes made:
- Redid images to suit the higher resolution of the Evo. Cleaned up the edges.
- Changed the styling and colors of the buttons a bit.
- Updated the widget removal button to match the rest of the theme.
- Made all buttons transparent.
- Changed position of the button dividers.
- Made four different colors: light green, dark green, black, and blue.
- A different version that comes with the Espresso Lock Screen (not quite done with this yet).
I am running an unthemed stock deodexed Android 2.2 ROM (based off the latest OTA). So I expect this to work with the same and similar type ROMs. These ZIP files are signed and flashable through recovery.

Note: The way the highlighted colors will look on your phone will vary slightly since it is a transparent color on top of whatever color wallpaper you currently have. Best way to see how it will look would be to simply flash it on your phone and see for itself.

I definitely like yours except I think that the green highlight is too light. Any chance of getting it the same color or tone of green as the espresso that I posted?

Would love to be able to get the task bar icons from MIUI rom over to CM rom. The white battery, g3 and icons would look really good on CM.
Can any one do it or how would you go about doing this?
Any one know to add those taskbar icons to CM6 or to port them in?
They should all be in the framework-res.apk of the ROM and shouldn't be hard to move over... I might try it over the next two days while I'm off work but not sure if I'll have the time.

That would be awesome, I bet you would get a lot of people to download/want this.
any way to keep the clock but remove the am/pm off the taskbar? i know you can do it in cm6 but im running a sense rom. i already know about switching to 24hr time but i don't want to do that.
ive searched here and cannot find a fix.

Are you running a deodexed ROM? If so you might want to head over to the Theme's forum. They have custom made clocks that are more or less the Sense clock widget but in different colors/fonts/exactly the same as stock but without AM/PM/etc.

Yeah there are mods to remove it entirely, some to change to 24/hr and I think one that just gets rid of it. Check them out. Notification Bar Mods is what you should search for. And if you can't find any, then request someone to make one for you. There are themers out there that would do that cause it seems like an easy fix.
I've been using the Uberkingdom ROM lately and one thing I miss from CM is that I can't remove the time from the notification bar.. I haven't been able to find any sense 3.0 mods for Uberkingdom besides the battery % and animated sync icons.
Has anyone come across a flashable zip to remove the time from notification bar that would work with this ROM? Thanks in advance!

I can tell you how to do it, Post #25 here. I tested this out on NilsP's Business GingerSense and NewToRoot's ROM (can't remember which one, it was a 3.0 though), and it works. As far as a flashable zip, I have not seen one yet. I think the Devs for the 2.1/3.0 ROMs are trying to get the bugs worked out before theming them/creating mods. If you know how to, you can do it yourself if you are feeling adventurous.

I know theres already a ics icon pack available but i need to install a custom launcher like ADW,LP, or GO but i want to keep TW . Also Overstew has a ICS theme that is compatible which looks very nice but i like the way the drop down notication looks (transparent) and the system icons i.e. Wifi,Bluetooth, GPS, Sound, 4g...
So is there a way to do this just add the ICS icons maybe a flashable zip or something or could i open up a theme erase what i dont want?

Open up my theme and remove the systemUI.apk from the app folder. Then, just delete the entire framework folder. Then flash.
will the launcher still have the 5 dock icons?
