I've been using the Uberkingdom ROM lately and one thing I miss from CM is that I can't remove the time from the notification bar.. I haven't been able to find any sense 3.0 mods for Uberkingdom besides the battery % and animated sync icons.
Has anyone come across a flashable zip to remove the time from notification bar that would work with this ROM? Thanks in advance!

I can tell you how to do it, Post #25 here. I tested this out on NilsP's Business GingerSense and NewToRoot's ROM (can't remember which one, it was a 3.0 though), and it works. As far as a flashable zip, I have not seen one yet. I think the Devs for the 2.1/3.0 ROMs are trying to get the bugs worked out before theming them/creating mods. If you know how to, you can do it yourself if you are feeling adventurous.

how would i go about reverting back to a stock look? i love his rom but prefer it unthemed. would i be able to pull the widget and rosie out of another rom and replace them in zip folder?

are you talking about his 3.0 rom or 2.1 rom? best bet is to PM Nilsp and ask.

Taking the framework from another ROM will take you back to staock look but you will lose functionality and stability because the framework is modded for a variety of reasons.
You could however take the framework-res.apk, com.htc-resources.apk, systemUI.apk, and Rosie.apk and replace the icons in them from a stock ROM.

Not sure what mods you mean. Everything that was a mod is now in the ROM I think anyway.

as in stock clock(black on white) and auto rotation mod for the home screen
I believe Nils removed the landscape Rosie for home screens cuz it broke Rosie settings (customizable right Rosie button).
I never had that issue. Maybe i was one if the lucky ones?

I'm fairly certain you would have cuz I believe it happened on every Sense 3.0 rom (not just Business Gingersense) at the time. Of course, Nils is way more knowledgeable on this.
Are you referring to Nils Businesses Gingersense or his older Business Sense froyo roms?

i didnt use 3.0, i was on the 2.1/3. but if it breaks things ill have to let it go. the biggest thing i would like is th e stock black on white clock widget

Great mods Andy! I had a couple questions I was hoping you could answer! I saw that you created a mod for Virtuous where you inverted the menu and changed the lettering to white. Could you give me a quick tip on how to do this with this ROM? I was able to do it with my old Droid by changing what I seem to remember was the menuitem_background.xml file, however it seems that doesn't work with this ROM?? I think I was able to get the menu inverted, however I can't get the text to be white.
Also, I've tried a bunch of different things to get the Verizon Wireless carrier text off the pulldown, however no matter what I do I can't get it removed! Do you have any tips for getting this changed?

That's a MOD that took me a very long time to figure out, That's not a quick how-to, but I will work on it for this ROM, also I'll take a look I think I know how to get rid of the Verizon txt, PM me for that.
Also you will find that pretty much everything is different from the droid (i think) because of sense.

I tried changing the eri.xml file for both the T-CDMA 64 and 65 lines based on this thread (link), but neither of those worked. UGH!!

Hmmm...in the status_bar_expanded.xml there's a portion referencing the Carrier Label (android:id="@id/carrierLabel"), but I don't know where to change that text, or even if it's possible?
Battery mod would be awesome for those who arent comfortable with using the Kitchen.
Thanks for the mods. Very cool. Quick question do you recommend wiping cache and dalvik or just flashing over the Rom as is?

eri.xml does not work with sense for changing carrier text in the pulldown
i was able to get it to work in tsm gingerbang by adding smali and xml comments in systemui

When testing them all, I never did and they all worked great. BUT, I honestly can't say for sure when or when not to of if you should

no, you aren't dumb at all.
It may very well be my file, it worked for me, but others have reported the same thing happening when I do that MOD. sorry.
im currently trying the viper rom and its looking great .but i was wondering do you guys know, if any other roms thats you had tried out ,let you change the dock to transparent in the settings or tweaks that come with the rom like viper rom does
i hope this is the right place to ask this question

However I'm running ARHD 11.0 and have transparent dock plus other transparency mods.

ARHD 11.0 is a stock like rom which includes Blinkfeed and all other sense components.
Battery life is good.
Don't worry about asking.... we're all hear to help and learn.

The statusbar icons are my own as is the message icon and app drawer icon in the dock. The phone icon came from another source but I can't remember where.

I tried Basil3's sense clocks but it deletes my clock widgets.

I used the Basil3 Vivaldi clock with transparent background from here although I changed the numbers.
If you chose the clocks from the 1st post they were for the 1.29 based roms so could have been the cause of your problem. The ones on the post I pointed you to have been updated to the 2.17 base but seem to work on the 2.19 base ARHD 11.0 uses.
Try them and see how you get on.

I have the same issue. I suspect it's to do with dirty flashing, rather than full wipe. I even uninstalled the toolbox, rebooted, and reinstalled it to no avail.

I bring this watch since I got my M7, take Basil3 icons time icons, Raymond and chrome issues and one blatant another edition mia,

Here is the apk from IC 4.0.2 which is 6.09.401.1 based.
I would appreciate just transparent weather background on the 4x2 widget, keeping the original clock. (or, even better, telling me how I can do myself )

1.I will tell you how you can do it, if you can decompile and recompile, the apk above.
(It one of the hardest apk to do on the new sense 6)

I heard it somewhere that HTC is using double layers and mockups this time. Whatever their reason is , thanks to people like you that we can enjoy our phones the way we want it.
I can confirm both transparent and semi-transparent mods work great on IC_4.0.2. Should be working on other 4.4.3 ROMs, too.
