I have used Xda app for a while. But I think it's search isn't that advance , its really hard to find any post,also we cannot search in specific forum sections ,like in xperia arc development etc. Why Xda doesn't update it's search?

The Google apps are all optional and independent, so yes as long as you keep your google login.

Hello guys, I'm thinking about installing a ROM based on different kernel (cm etc.), to upgrade my super xperia S to newer android. But I hate nexus style. I love sony's one. Any ideas a about good composition? Rom which looks like sony interface, and with Sony apps? Appreciate it!

Try any rom with honami style and unlock your bootloader then install any kernel
you can install media apps for sony Z2 on CM11 but you cannot use all walkman features
You can try different ROM and use these themes to get the Sony UI look:

You can also install ported apps of Sony, most of them work. I'm on Carbon ROM and I have the ported apps such as Wlakman, Album which work very good.

I meant camera and video quality in non-Stock ROMs is not as good as Stock[-Based] ROMs.

I've been searching ways to get Android L in my Xperia ZL but no Luck :crying:
But I've found another way to get Android L Look or Feel in xperia Devices
I've changed it' Keyboard, Theme,Boot Animation
I've uploaded a tutorial video but XDA won't let me put link
Search for - Good Guy Dhruv
or Android L In Sony Z/ZLZ1/Z2
Thanks To - JMdesign, JanM RS, Levered, Shen Ye
The closest will get is via CM11 theme chooser and a little bit of xposed modules will have to suffice for now. See my ZL screen shot below.
