My wife and I just got the Motorola (car, bluetooth) TZ700 speakerphone. She has a Droid 3 and her voice dialer lets her play music, send messages, etc... On my DINC 2, it only lets me call. I was looking and hers is the Nuance. I tried to use Titanium Backup and use her dialer APK but it doesn't work on my phone.
Any ideas on how to get the Nuance dialer for the DINC 2 or a better one w/more commands for the DINC 2??

All,
I currently use Google Voice for voicemail. Which was what I originally read was great for. Now, I see that you can do a whole slew of things with GV, ie sms, calling, porting your # to GV?
Basically, I want to know what you guys use GV for? Why would you port your number to GV?
Just confused as to what people use GV for.
Thanks!
I use Google Voice to send and receive text messages through my browser (there's an extension for it).
I also use Google Voice with my Obihai 110 router at home so that I can use a regular telephone as my landline.
I use GrooveIP with my Google Voice number to make and receive calls and texts on my Galaxy Tab 10.1.
There are tons of uses for Google Voice. It's awesome.
Has any one experienced the phantom dial pad tone sometimes heard during calls on a phone w/ google voice? I have google voice integrated w/ my sprint epic 4g, and every once and a while I hear what sounds like the #4 being pressed.
I have confirmed that my dial pad is not up, and neither is the person's who I am talking to. I have tried disabling, and re-enabling the service, but it always comes back.
I guess I could just not use it, but I prefer it w/ CM9.
Any thoughts, suggestions? I could not find any previous threads on this.

I have that problem all the time with my EVO. Both stock & CM7.
This is a relatively small problem but it's driving me bonkers! So I have the Note II, rooted and equipped with SkyNote 9.0 Rom (Jellybean 4.1.2 - love it by the way!) and recently got the LG HBS-730 bluetooth headset. The story is that I can press the call button on the headset and it does a voice dial as specified in the manual.
The problem is I would like to strictly use Google Now for voice dialing and I have set up the necessary options to do so, but when I tried to deactivate the native voice dialer, I couldn't because I can't find the app. The application manager has no trace of a voice dialer. I have also looked in my folders as best I can to locate it but I can't. Does anyone have a clue where the native voice dialer is so I can shut it off or delete it?
Thanks!
Got my G3 today. I used Google voice on my atrix 2 and I loved it because it would email me a transcript of the voicemail. I work offshore where I don't get cell reception. For whatever reason I can't get Google voice to work on g3 for default voicemail like I did on my atrix. Any suggestions?
Another note: Amazon app is incompatible with G3? What's up with that??
I am also try to get this to work, it was work fine on my note 2. I got the G3 and move the note 2 on my three line and now it stop work. it also does not work on my note 2
also have problem with "Enable Recording (4), Switch (*) and Conferencing options on inbound calls" it was work fine on my Note 2 not it does not work on G3 or Note 2
When I was on my Galaxy Nexus, I used the Botifier app to read me Whatsapp and text messages through my car's bluetooth. When I switched to the ZenFone 2, I noticed the voice was different. It's much harder to hear, so I was wondering if I could change it to the voice I had before?
